In order to improve safety, particularly during transportation and/or storage, a system (10) is proposed which at least comprises a housing (13) an explosive (3) held therein which is initiated by a blasting cap (1), wherein a sleeve insert (2, 2′) in the housing (13) makes it possible for the blasting cap (1) to be removed from the explosive (3), in that the blasting cap (1) in the sleeve insert (2, 2′) is height-adjustable, so that the position of the blasting cap (1) relative to the explosive (3) can be changed. The system (10) may include a fuse head (11) which at least comprises a primer cap and possibly a delay line (14). The blasting cap (1) may be an integral part of the fuse head (11) and insulated therewith on the base.
System, in particular hand grenade
In order to improve safety, particularly during transportation and/or storage, a system (10) is proposed which at least comprises a housing (13) an explosive (3) held therein which is initiated by a blasting cap (1), wherein a sleeve insert (2, 2′) in the housing (13) makes it possible for the blasting cap (1) to be removed from the explosive (3), in that the blasting cap (1) in the sleeve insert (2, 2′) is height-adjustable, so that the position of the blasting cap (1) relative to the explosive (3) can be changed. The system (10) may include a fuse head (11) which at least comprises a primer cap and possibly a delay line (14). The blasting cap (1) may be an integral part of the fuse head (11) and insulated therewith on the base.
Rocker arm detonator
A rocker arm detonator is provided that includes a detonator head, which includes a pivotably arranged firing pin which is acted upon by a firing pin spring, and has a safety clip, which is pivotably disposed in the same direction of rotation as the firing pin from a starting position, in which it is pressed in the direction of the detonator head to a firing pin release position. To reliably avoid an unintentional detonation of the rocker arm detonator prior to its proper use, when the rocker arm detonator is not in use, the firing pin spring is in its untensioned state and may be tensioned by a separate tensioning lever as soon as the rocker arm detonator is to be properly deployed.

A rocker arm detonator is provided that includes a detonator head, which includes a pivotably arranged firing pin which is acted upon by a firing pin spring, and has a safety clip, which is pivotably disposed in the same direction of rotation as the firing pin from a starting position, in which it is pressed in the direction of the detonator head to a firing pin release position. To reliably avoid an unintentional detonation of the rocker arm detonator prior to its proper use, when the rocker arm detonator is not in use, the firing pin spring is in its untensioned state and may be tensioned by a separate tensioning lever as soon as the rocker arm detonator is to be properly deployed.
Detonator System for Hand Grenades
The invention relates to a detonator system for hand grenades, having an ignition element (1) which after initiation triggers a delay and safety device, which, with a time delay after the initiation, fires a detonator (7), which then ignites an ignition booster (8), wherein the delay and safety device includes a dual safety device of two independent parts. So that the hand grenade detonator system according to the invention includes a purely pyrotechnic detonator system instead of a pyrotechnic-mechanical system, it is suggested that the delay and safety device consists of two pyrotechnic ignition delay devices with different delay times—specifically a safety element (3) and a delay element (4)—wherein the delay time of the safety element (3) is shorter than the delay time of the delay element (4), and the safety element (3) includes a timing composition which, once it has burned through, ignites a gas charge (9), the gas of which opens blocking elements (5), and the delay element (4) includes a firing charge, and the firing charge is only in operative connection with the detonator (7) after the opening of the blocking elements (5).
