In one aspect, an example method to be performed by a vehicle-based media system includes (a) receiving audio content; (b) causing one or more speakers to output the received audio content; (c) using a microphone of the vehicle-based media system to capture the output audio content; (d) identifying reference audio content that has at least a threshold extent of similarity with the captured audio content; (e) identifying visual content based at least on the identified reference audio content; and (f) outputting, via a user interface of the vehicle-based media system, the identified visual content.

An information providing device includes an acquirer configured to acquire one or more pieces of orientation information indicating orientations of one or more users, a determiner configured to determine priority item information, which is item information to be preferentially provided, based on reference information in which a specific point and item information for each item of the specific point are associated with each other, and the one or more pieces of orientation information acquired by the acquirer, and a provider configured to allow an information output device associated with at least a part of the one or more users to output the priority item information.

A voice enabled device can assist a computing device, such as a server, in processing/analyzing a voice input. The voice enabled device can initiate a network communication session and transmit the voice input to the computing device. The computing device can classify the voice input as a type of communication session (e.g., conversation, etc. . . . ). Based on the type of communication session, the computing device can either remain in communication with the voice enabled device and continue to process voice input or terminate the communication after instructing the voice enabled device to process the voice input.

A guide voice output control system includes a voice output control unit having a function of outputting a guide voice in response to a trigger and a function of executing interaction related processing having a reception stage for receiving voice, a recognition stage for recognizing voice, and an output stage for outputting voice based on a recognition result, in which the voice output control unit controls the output of the guide voice according to the processing stage of the interaction related processing when the trigger is generated during the execution of the processing, and dynamically controls the output of the guide voice according to whether or not the processing stage is a stage that does not affect the accuracy of voice recognition or listening difficulty of a user even if the guide voice is output.

The present application discloses a method and apparatus for determining a route, a device and a computer storage medium, and relates to the field of big data. An implementation includes: acquiring route description information input by a user, and acquiring a route contour with the route description information; matching the route contour in road network data to obtain the route matched with the route contour, so as to generate recommended routes, wherein this operation specifically includes: extracting intersection points in the route contour, each of which is formed by intersecting at least two lines; selecting one of the intersection points, and querying the road network data using a corresponding angle sequence of the selected intersection point in the route contour, so as to obtain intersections matched with the selected intersection point as candidate intersections; traversing the candidate intersections, fixedly mapping the selected intersection point to the positions of the candidate intersections, equally scaling the route contour in the road network data, and recording mapped road information if all lines of the route contour are mapped onto connected roads; and generating the recommended routes with the recorded road information.

A mobile robot operation method according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a step for receiving a guidance destination input; a step for generating a global path to the received guidance destination; a step for generating a left travel guideline and a right travel guideline on the left side and the right side of the generated global path; and a step for generating a local path within a travelable range between the left travel guideline and the right travel guideline. Accordingly, the robot operation method may generate a safe and optimal guidance path when providing a guidance service.

An apparatus configured to: determine, with a position sensor, position information; determine at least one keyword within at least one audio signal, wherein at least the at least one keyword is configured to be spatially processed; obtain at least one spatial processing parameter based at least partially, on the position information, wherein the at least one spatial processing parameter is configured to be used to spatially process at least the at least one keyword to be perceived from a direction during rendering, wherein the direction indicates a navigation direction; generate at least one processed audio signal, comprising processing at least the at least one keyword based on the at least one spatial processing parameter; and provide the at least one processed audio signal, comprising the at least one processed keyword, for generation of a virtual audio image.

A method and an apparatus are disclosed for providing navigation instructions. The method may include receiving, from a user apparatus, a first location and a destination location; calculating a first route from the first location to the destination location; generating, for a predetermined time period, a first set of maneuvering data corresponding to the first route, the first set of maneuvering data comprising playback cues based on a predicted user apparatus location; transmitting the first set of maneuvering data to the user apparatus; receiving, from the user apparatus, a second location; generating, for a subsequent predetermined time period, a second set of maneuvering data, the second set of maneuvering data comprising playback cues based on a further predicted user apparatus location; calculating an update set of maneuvering data based on the first and second set of maneuvering data; and transmitting the update set of maneuvering data to the user apparatus.

A method for providing guided navigation for personal transport devices is described. In one embodiment, the method includes providing a list of predetermined destinations associated with a geographic area, projecting directions to one or more of the destinations on a ground surface located in front of a personal transport device, and providing an option to a user of the personal transport device to select between at least two different destinations. A direction associated with each destination of the at least two destinations may be projected on the ground surface located in front of the personal transport device. The method also includes receiving an input from the user indicating a selection of one of the at least two different destinations and projecting directions to the selected destination on the ground surface located in front of the personal transport device to guide the user to the selected destination.
