The dosing device (1) for dispensing a flowable substance comprises a cap (2) with a pivot axis (S) and a closing part (4) arranged in the pivot axis (S), the closing part (4) dividing the pivot axis (S) into a flow chamber (2t) and a partial control chamber (2u), wherein upon pouring, the partial control chamber (2u) is filled with the flowable substance, and wherein the flowable substance is discharged via the flow chamber (2t) and a discharge opening (3b) until the closing part (4) is rotated to a position at which the discharge opening (3b) is closed by the closing part (4), preventing further discharge of the flowable substance.

A capsule for dosing a substance to be administered orally, comprising:—a dosing chamber (2) for the substance;—an access route (6) for access of the substance into the chamber (2);—a valve (3) which permits/prevents the supply of the substance to the dosing chamber (2) through the access route (6);—a connection means (4) for connecting to a mouth of a container.

The present invention is a fluid dispensing apparatus, and method of use, e.g. for mouthwash and medicine, for dispensing a sterile liquid in single doses to prevent bacterial growth from un-used portions pored back into the apparatus. The apparatus has a hollow flexible cap enclosure surrounding a one-way valve inside of a bladder and a push rubber surface for liquid release. When the cap is removed, both the container body and the cap remain sealed from exposure to contaminates. Liquid is first dispensed from the container by inverting the container until a quantity of sterile liquid collects in the cap. The container is then positioned in an upright position and the fluid filled cap is removed from the container. The cap is then inverted again and a pushbutton pressed to dispense sterile liquid from a cap spray nozzle without requiring the user's lips to touch the cap.

A metering and pouring device is disclosed for flowable substances. A container, such as a plastic container, also is provided with such a metering and pouring device.

A fluid device generally comprises a staging reservoir which may receive a volume of fluid flowing from a primary reservoir via a coupler upon operation of an actuator, wherein the staging reservoir is usable to measure fluid within the device in order to dispense a desired amount of fluid.

A liquid dosing device for a container includes a dosing chamber having a front end and a back end. An outlet passage is located at the front end. A plunger is located in the dosing chamber, divides it in a front and a back space, and is moveable between a forward position in which the plunger closes off the outlet passage, and a backward position, in which the front space has a maximal volume. An inlet passage provides fluid communication between the front space and the container. A timer passage provides fluid communication between the container and the back space. A release passage, being greater than the timer passage, provides fluid communication between the back space and the container. A valve assembly at the release passage includes a valve seat located at the back end of the dosing chamber.

A measured fluid dispenser for dispensing fluid from a storage container includes a measurement chamber, a fluid flow passage fluidly connecting the measurement chamber with the storage container, and a valve that is movable between an open position in which the fluid flow passage is opened to permit fluid flow from the storage chamber to the measurement chamber, and a closed position in which the fluid flow passage is closed to prevent fluid flow between the measurement chamber and the storage chamber. The measurement chamber may be adjustable to vary a fillable volume of the measurement chamber to thereby preselect an amount of fluid to be dispensed.

The present disclosure provides a dosing cap. In an embodiment, the dosing cap includes (A) a collar member having an annular skirt depending from a base. An inner surface of the annular skirt has a securing member for securing the collar member to a neck of a container. The base includes (i) at least one opening with a one-way valve permitting fluid flow in a first direction, and (ii) an air channel with a one-way valve permitting fluid flow in a second direction. The dosing cap includes (B) a cap member having an annular sidewall extending from a dispensing element. An inner surface of the annular sidewall has an attachment member adjustably attached to a reciprocal attachment member on an outer surface of the first sidewall. The dosing cap includes (C) a metering chamber formed by an enclosed volume between the cap member and the base. The dosing cap includes (D) the dispensing element permitting flow of a fluid from the metering chamber.

A dual chamber bottle includes a doser for mixing and dispensing two liquids. The bottle holds a first bulk liquid in a bulk chamber. The bottle holds a second additive liquid in a cartridge. The first and second liquid are segregated from each other. The doser is provided to dose the additive liquid into the bulk liquid. The second liquid is an additive that enhances a quality of the first liquid. The bulk chamber can be squeezed to dispense the bulk liquid out of the bottle while introducing the additive liquid to the bulk liquid in the process of dispensing.
