A device for detecting energy beam is provided. The device comprises a carbon nanotube structure, a support structure and an infrared detector. The carbon nanotube structure comprises a plurality of carbon nanotubes, and an extending direction of each carbon nanotube is parallel to a direction of an energy beam to be detected. The support structure is configured to support the carbon nanotube structure, and make a portion of the carbon nanotube structure suspended in the air. The infrared detector is located below and spaced apart from the carbon nanotube structure. The infrared detector is configured to detect a temperature of a suspended portion of the carbon nanotube structure, and image according to a temperature distribution of the carbon nanotube structure. A method for detecting energy beam is also provided.

The housing has a light-receiving area facing the light sensing element, and the inner surface of the housing toward the substrate is provided with a light-shielding coating in a portion outside of the light-receiving area. In this way, optical components such as the light sensor can be effectively protected, and still retain the effect of avoiding noise light interference with the light sensor module.

The decorrelator may be a broadband amplifier and/or a mode scrambler. A broadband amplifier may be a broadband laser, Bragg grating, a fiber Bragg grating, a Raman amplifier, a Brillouin amplifier, or combinations thereof. The decorrelator is selected to emit radiation that is transmitted, at least in part, by the substrate being monitored. The source is matched to the decorrelator such that the emission spectrum of the source is within the gain bandwidth of the decorrelator, if the decorrelator is a gain-driven device.
