The ear thermometer comprises a holding body and a measuring assembly disposed at one end of the holding body, which comprises a probe, a rotating member, and a socket. The rotating member includes a ring cover with an opening formed in a middle of the ring cover, at least one first abutting portion axially extended from a lateral side of the ring cover, and a lever portion radially extended from the lateral side of the ring cover. The socket includes a circular bottom surface and a closed section and an open section defined on a periphery of the circular bottom surface, a side wall surface vertically provided on the closed section, an accommodating space sandwiched between the side wall surface and the circular bottom surface, and at least one second abutting portion formed on the circular bottom surface. In this way, the dual motions of the radial and axial directions can be used to ensure that the probe cover can be reliably ejected and removed from the probe.
INFRARED THERMOPILE SENSOR
An infrared thermopile sensor includes a silicon cover having an infrared lens, an infrared sensing chip having duo-thermopile sensing elements, and a microcontroller chip calculating a temperature of an object. The components are in a stacked 3D package to decrease the size of the infrared thermopile sensor. The infrared sensing chip and the microcontroller chip have metal layers to shield the thermal radiation. To measure object temperature accurately under acute change in environmental temperature, this disclosure uses the duo-thermopile sensing elements, that one is the active unit for measuring the object temperature and another one is the dummy unit for compensating the effect from the package structure.
Infrared thermometer and forehead temperature correction and measurement method
The invention relates to an infrared thermometer and a forehead temperature correction and measurement method. The infrared thermometer comprises a temperature sensor, a corrector, a processor, and a display device. The temperature sensor is configured for measuring an actual temperature. In a correction mode, the corrector records actual temperature of an ear and a forehead of a user as an ear temperature and a forehead temperature respectively. In a forehead temperature measurement mode, the processor generates a body temperature according to a measured forehead temperature and the forehead temperature correction value, and the display device displays the body temperature. The infrared thermometer and the forehead temperature correction and measurement method can realize accurate measurement of the forehead temperature.
TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION METHOD FOR EAR THERMOMETER WITH PROBE COVER
A temperature calibration method for an ear thermometer with a probe cover is provided. The temperature calibration method includes: providing the ear thermometer with the probe cover, the ear thermometer including a plurality of activation elements which are configured to sense an infrared transmittance of the probe cover to obtain a measured transmittance value; using the ear thermometer to measure an object to be tested to obtain an uncalibrated temperature; obtaining an infrared radiation energy emitted by the object to be tested, according to the uncalibrated temperature, the measured transmittance value, a preset transmittance value, and a radiation energy measurement formula; and calibrating the uncalibrated temperature to a calibrated temperature, according to a temperature calibration function.
Temperature detecting device
A thermometer includes an input unit, a control unit, a temperature sensor and an output unit. In response to an input operation is applied on the input unit, the control unit starts to perform a temperature detecting procedure, wherein the control unit instructs the temperature sensor to periodically perform a plurality of temperature detecting operations to obtain a plurality of detected temperature values corresponding to the temperature detecting operations, and only records X largest valid temperature values among the obtained temperature values. In response to determining that the performed temperature to detecting procedure is completed, the control unit removes the largest one among the recorded valid temperature values and calculates an average value of the remaining one or more target temperature values as a temperature of a target object, so as to instruct the output unit display the temperature.
IR thermometry probe cover
A protective cover for an insertion probe of a medical instrument. The cover contains a flexible tubular body that compliments the probe geometry and a radially disposed flange that surrounds the proximal end of the body. A series of snap-on fasteners removably connect the cover to the instrument. A camming surface is located on the outer face of the flange which coacts with a cam follower that is movably mounted upon the instrument to flex the cover sufficiently to open the fastener and release the cover from the instrument and move the cover axially toward the distal end of the tip.
Probe structure and thermometer
This invention discloses a probe structure and a thermometer, simply-structured but easy to use for users in a dark environment. The technique solution adopted in this invention is a probe structure, including a probe main body, a temperature sensor module and an optical assembly. The probe main body includes a detection end and a configuration end. The detection end is configured for touching or approaching an object. The configuration end is configured for connecting to an external thermometer body. The probe main body has a chamber for storing the temperature sensor module. The optical assembly is positioned at the configuration end. The optical assembly includes at least one lamp, a lamp panel and a light transmitting component. The at-least-one lamp is positioned at the lamp panel and the light transmitting component is disposed at the periphery of the lamp panel. Light emitted by the lamp passes through the light transmitting component.
MEDICAL THERMOMETER HAVING AN IMPROVED OPTICS SYSTEM
A medical thermometer including a curved mirror and a radiation sensor is disclosed. The radiation sensor is disposed relative to the mirror in a configuration whereby the mirror reflects away from the sensor radiation that passes through the radiation entrance and that is oriented outside a range of angles relative to the mirror, and reflects toward the sensor radiation that passes through the radiation entrance and that is oriented within a range of angles relative to the mirror.
