A temperature sensor module includes: a sensor unit having a sensing end for measurement of a temperature of a heat source; a heat conduction panel formed of a thermally conductive material and having a temperature measurement region connected to the sensing end and exposed to the heat source, the heat conduction panel collecting heat transferred from the heat source to the temperature measurement region and transmitting the collected heat to the sensing end along a surface of the temperature measurement region; and a heat insulation panel disposed opposite the heat source with respect to the heat conduction panel to prevent heat generated from the heat source or heat transferred to the heat conduction panel from being discharged to an outside of the heat insulation panel or to prevent external heat from being transferred to the heat conduction panel.

Semiconductor Phosphide Injection Synthesis System and Control Method

A semiconductor phosphide injection synthesis system and a control method are provided, which belong to the technical field of preparation of semiconductor phosphides. The semiconductor phosphide injection synthesis system includes a furnace body, a shielding carrier box arranged above the furnace body by virtue of a lifting mechanism, a phosphorus source carrier arranged in the shielding carrier box, an injection pipe arranged below the phosphorus source carrier, and a crucible arranged at an inner bottom of the furnace body in a matched manner. The phosphorus source carrier includes a phosphorus source carrier main body, a phosphorus source carrier upper cover, a heating element base arranged at an inner bottom of the phosphorus source carrier main body, and a heating element arranged on the heating element base; a heat insulation layer is wrapped on an outer wall of the phosphorus source carrier; and an induction coil is arranged between the heat insulation layer and an inner wall of the shielding carrier box. By improving a device and method, the system stability can be improved, and an entire synthesis system achieves quantitative synthesis, which lowers the risk of explosion of the phosphorus source carrier.

A semiconductor phosphide injection synthesis system and a control method are provided, which belong to the technical field of preparation of semiconductor phosphides. INFRARED THERMOPILE SENSOR

An infrared thermopile sensor includes a silicon cover having an infrared lens, an infrared sensing chip having duo-thermopile sensing elements, and a microcontroller chip calculating a temperature of an object. The components are in a stacked 3D package to decrease the size of the infrared thermopile sensor. The infrared sensing chip and the microcontroller chip have metal layers to shield the thermal radiation. The conversion from wrist temperature to body core temperature uses detected ambient temperature and fixed humidity or imported humidity level to calculate the body core temperature based on experimental data and curve fitting. The skin temperature compensation can be set differently for different sex gender, different standard deviation of wrist temperature and external relative humidity reading.

A pressure sensor may be integrated into an audio component of an electronic device such that the pressure sensor is fluidly coupled to an environment external to a device housing via at least a portion of an internal cavity of the audio component housing. The audio component housing may include an opening. The pressure sensor may be mounted adjacent to or within the opening. The opening may be sealed to prevent passage of gas or liquid through the opening. The pressure sensor may be integrally formed with an inner wall of the audio component housing. The audio component may be a speaker or a microphone.

Methods and system for determining water activity of a sample material are disclosed in which a sample material is positioned in a water activity measurement device, a plurality of water activity values of the sample material are measured at a respective plurality of points of time, with the plurality of points in time preceding an equilibrium state of the water activity of the sample material, the plurality of water activity values over time are log-transformed, a trendline of the plurality of water activity values over time is calculated, and the trendline is extrapolated to determine an extrapolated water activity value of the sample material at the equilibrium state. These methods and systems can decrease the time needed to determine the water activity of the sample by reliably predicting and estimating water activity well before equilibrium is reached in the measurement chamber.

An electronic component may include a carrier, and a thermoelectric sensor and a power transistor which are arranged on the carrier. The power transistor may include a base layer containing a transistor material chosen from among gallium nitride, aluminium gallium nitride, gallium arsenide, indium gallium, indium gallium nitride, aluminium nitride, indium aluminium nitride, and mixtures thereof. The electronic component may be configured so that the thermoelectric sensor generates an electric current under the effect of heating from the power transistor.
