Torque sensor system
A rotating power tool is provided. The rotating power tool may include a bevel gear set having a bevel gear and a conductive spiral disposed on the bevel gear. The conductive spiral may be configured to, in response to the bevel gear deforming due to a torque being applied to the bevel gear, change a resistance of the conductive spiral. The rotating power tool may further include an antenna electrically connected to the conductive spiral. The antenna may be configured to emit an output signal at a frequency that is based on the resistance value of the conductive spiral. The frequency of the output signal may be indicative of an amount of torque being applied to the bevel gear.

A torque measurement system includes a first rotatable carrier structure mechanically coupled to a rotational shaft; a second rotatable carrier structure mechanically coupled to the rotational shaft; a first mutually coupled structure including a first track mechanically coupled to the first rotatable carrier structure and a second track mechanically coupled to the second rotatable carrier structure, where the first track and the second track are coupled together by a first torque dependent coupling; a second mutually coupled structure including a third track mechanically coupled to the first rotatable carrier structure and a fourth track mechanically coupled to the second rotatable carrier structure, where the third track and the fourth track are coupled together by a second torque dependent coupling. In response to a rotation of the rotational shaft, the first torque dependent coupling is configured to increase and the second torque dependent coupling is configured to decrease.

A torque measurement system includes a first rotatable carrier structure mechanically coupled to a rotational shaft; a second rotatable carrier structure mechanically coupled to the rotational shaft; a first mutually coupled structure including a first track mechanically coupled to the first rotatable carrier structure and a second track mechanically coupled to the second rotatable carrier structure, where the first track and the second track are coupled together by a first torque dependent coupling; a second mutually coupled structure including a third track mechanically coupled to the first rotatable carrier structure and a fourth track mechanically coupled to the second rotatable carrier structure, where the third track and the fourth track are coupled together by a second torque dependent coupling. In response to a rotation of the rotational shaft, the first torque dependent coupling is configured to increase and the second torque dependent coupling is configured to decrease.

TORQUE MEASUREMENT DEVICE USING LINEAR DISPLACEMENT
A device for a valve actuator directed to measuring torque through linear displacement of a driving member is provided. The device comprises a valve actuator that includes an actuator motor and a driving member having a first end and a second end. A screw is coupled to the driving member and positioned between the first end and the second end. A gear configured to engage against the screw is positioned adjacent to the driving member. A spring element having a known constant is coupled to the second end of the driving member. The device further includes a linear potentiometer or a microswitch, and a method for measuring torque using the provided linear potentiometer or microswitch.
WIRELESS TRANSMISSION BICYCLE CRANKSET SPOKE-TYPE TORQUE SENSOR
Disclosed is a wireless transmission bicycle crankset spoke-type torque sensor, which belongs to the field of bicycles. The torque sensor comprises a five-way-end stationary circuit housing. The structural feature of the torque sensor lies in further comprising a power source transmitting coil, a power source induction receiving coil, resistance strain gauges, a stationary circuit board, a sensor torque signal receiving circuit, a spoke-type elastomer, a sensor torque signal transmitting circuit, a power source induction receiving modulation circuit unit, a rotating torque circuit board, a Hall element and a magnetic ring, wherein the stationary circuit board is arranged inside the five-way-end stationary circuit housing; the power source transmitting coil, the sensor torque signal receiving circuit and the Hall element are arranged on the stationary circuit board; the rotating torque circuit board and the resistance strain gauges are both arranged on the spoke-type elastomer.
