A hydraulic torque measurement device for an aircraft engine unit includes a hermetically sealed enclosure having a rigid wall and a deformable wall that define an internal volume. The device further includes at least one pressure measuring element capable of measuring the pressure prevailing in the internal volume. The hydraulic torque measuring device allows a service state in which the internal volume is filled exclusively with an incompressible liquid, and in which the deformable wall is configured to be subjected to a pressure force. In some embodiments, the hydraulic torque measurement device is suitable for use with a gearbox.

Method for measuring distribution of thrust force during drilling of unidirectional composite
The present invention belongs to the technical field of machining of fiber-reinforced composites, and relates to a method for measuring distribution of a thrust force during drilling of a unidirectional composite along with a fiber cutting angle. The method includes: cutting the surface a composite sample piece to form a groove; drilling on an existing experimental platform for measuring a thrust force during drilling, where a through hole obtained through the drilling is required to intersect with the groove; obtaining a curve of the thrust force during drilling, comparing the curve with a conventional curve of the thrust force to find a mutation point, and determining the mutation point, namely a fiber cutting angle at the groove; and calculating fluctuation periods of the thrust force according to machining parameters to reckon the distribution of the thrust force along with the fiber cutting angle in all the periods.

A system for torque measurement is generally provided. The system includes a sensor disposed between an outer bearing race and a static structure of a bearing assembly. The sensor is disposed adjacent along a thrust load direction to the outer bearing race. The system further includes a rotor assembly rotatably coupled to the bearing assembly, and a controller communicatively coupled to the sensor. The controller is configured to store and execute operations. The operations include determining a torque measurement from the rotor assembly based at least on an axial thrust load from the rotor assembly.

A system for torque measurement is generally provided. The system includes a sensor disposed between an outer bearing race and a static structure of a bearing assembly. The sensor is disposed adjacent along a thrust load direction to the outer bearing race. The coupling load measurement method allows to measure load between a first driving shaft and a second driven shaft connected by a hub coupled both with the first shaft and with the second shaft by at least one flexible coupling element coupled to the hub and to the first shaft and/or to the second shaft; the method comprises, during operation of the shafts, a measurement step of measuring a distance variation respect to a reference distance between a first flange of the hub and a second flange of the flexible coupling element and the step of using the measured distance variation for calculating the load.
