Waterproof shoes and method for preparing the same
The present invention is related to a water-resistant shoe and a method of making the water-resistant shoe. In most embodiments the shoe comprises an outsole, an insole, an upper, and a bootie product comprised of a bootie, a bootie liner, a strobel and a gasket. In many embodiments water-resistant materials such as tape or glue are used to cover all seams and joints. In some embodiments the different pieces are tested for water-resistance before combining and in others the final shoe is tested for water-resistance. The present shoe and method provide a comfortable yet water-resistant shoe.
System and method for detecting leaks in a fluid filled vessel
A leak detecting device for a fluid filled vessel including a housing, a solid shaft, an anchoring attachment, and a resilient member. The housing has a continuous perimeter edge sized to extend around an underwater surface, forms a hollow interior, and includes a first aperture formed through a wall of the housing and a second aperture formed through the wall of the housing. The solid shaft extends through the first aperture of the housing and has a first end on an interior side of the housing and a second end on an exterior side of the housing. The anchoring attachment is secured to the first end of the solid shaft. The resilient member is secured to the perimeter edge of the housing.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF DETECTING LEAKAGE WITHIN A CHASSIS
A method of detecting leakage within a chassis includes mounting the chassis on a plate disposed in a sealed chamber and fluidly connecting, by a pipe, an interior space of the sealed chamber to a water tank such that a bottom end of the pipe is under a surface of water in the water tank. The method further includes determining, such as observing, whether bubbles are formed at the bottom end of the pipe due to pressurized air flowing into the pipe. The method also includes determining presence of a leak in the chassis due to pressurized air flowing between the chassis and the sealed chamber, before flowing into the pipe.

Leak Detection Method and Apparatus
A method and apparatus for measuring gas leakage in a graduated cylinder where water is displaced by the gas in a graduated cylinder in combination with a balance scale, allowing for both a visual indication of the gas detected and a change in weight measurement on the scale, correlating to a certain volume of gas detected.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING LEAKS IN A FLUID FILLED VESSEL
A leak detecting device for a fluid filled vessel including (1) a housing having a continuous perimeter edge sized to extend around an underwater surface; (2) a tube extending through an aperture of the housing, having a first end on an first side of the housing and a second end on a second side of the housing; (3) an anchoring attachment secured to the first end of the tube; (4) a resilient member secured to the perimeter edge of the housing and adapted to contact and form a seal between the housing and the underwater surface; and (5) an opening through an entirety of a wall of the housing, wherein the opening is accessible from the second side of the housing.
