Network edge detection and notification of gas pressure situation
Techniques for detecting a high gas pressure situation within a gas delivery system (e.g., for natural gas delivery to homes and businesses) are described. In one example, a device measures gas pressure. If a pressure over a threshold value is detected, a nearby device is messaged. The nearby device either confirms the over-pressure condition or indicates it may be more localized. If the condition is present within an area of the gas delivery system and/or within a group of devices within the gas delivery system, protective measures may be taken, such as closing valves providing gas to a number of service sites.
METHOD AND A SYSTEM FOR DETECTING FEATURES OF A WATER LAYER BETWEEN ENCLOSURE LAYERS OF SINGLE UNIT DOSE PRODUCTS
A method and a system are disclosed for detecting the features of a water layer in layered enclosures of single unit dose products. Thanks to the method and the system of the invention, the layered enclosures may be manufactured to higher specifications and quality owing to real time control of the features of the water layer between the enclosure layers. The technical advantage of the method of the invention consists in the possibility to detect the features after formation of the layered enclosure is complete—hence inspecting the finished product—and to feed back the detected information to the very water laying device for a real time adjustment of the features of the water layer at the areas where acceptance criteria are not met.
BATTERY PACK LEAKAGE DETECTION SYSTEM AND DETECTION METHOD BASED ON TRACER GAS CUMULATIVE TEST
A battery pack leakage detection system and detection method are provided. The system includes a test container, a gas filling subsystem, a gas stirring subsystem and a test analysis subsystem. The method can test the sealing performance of the battery pack under the atmospheric pressure, so that the battery pack can meet the corresponding sealing grade requirements of IP67 and IP68. The method not only solves the problem that the traditional gas detection method cannot meet the test requirements of IP67 and IP68 due to insufficient measurement precision, but also solves the problem that the traditional vacuum helium detection method will damage the battery cells in the battery pack.

DEVICE FOR SAMPLING A HIGH FLOW RATE GAS LEAK
A device for quantitatively detecting a leak of a gas of interest including a suction pipe having an upstream suction inlet intended to be brought into the vicinity of a region within which a leak is to be detected, a ventilation apparatus generating a gas stream in the suction pipe having a flow rate greater than 300 m3/H circulating from the upstream suction inlet to the downstream of the pipe, and downstream of the ventilation apparatus, a sampling member.
METHOD FOR BOX LEAK DETECTION AND LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM
This application provides a method for box leak detection and a leak detection system, and relates to the field of leak detection technologies. The method for box leak detection may include: filling a box under test with a tracer gas, where the box under test has a plurality of positions under test; and measuring a leak rate at each position under test. Leak detection may be performed on each position under test of the box under test. In this way, not only a specific leak position can be determined, so that leak-proof treatment may be subsequently performed on the leak position in a targeted manner, but also the leak rate at each position under test can be measured, providing a basis for a level of to-be-taken leak-proof measures and whether to take leak-proof measures, thereby improving accuracy of box leak detection.

Crack identification in IC chip package using encapsulated liquid penetrant contrast agent
A packaging fill material for electrical packaging includes a base material, and a plurality of frangible capsules distributed in the base material. Each frangible capsule includes a liquid penetrant contrast agent therein having a different radiopacity than the base material. In response to a crack forming in the packaging fill material, at least one of the plurality of frangible capsules opens, releasing the liquid penetrant contrast agent into the crack. Cracks can be more readily identified in an IC package including the packaging fill material. The liquid penetrant contrast agent may have a radiopacity that is higher than the base material. Inspection can be carried out using electromagnetic analysis using visual inspection or digital analysis of the results to more easily identify cracks.
APPARATUS AND METHODOLOGY FOR THE ONSITE AUTONOMOUS MANUFACTURING AND PLACEMENT OF A COILED, CANNULAR INTELLIGENT COMPOSITE STRUCTURE FOR THE HIGH VOLUME, LOCALIZED AND RESILIENT STORAGE OF HYDROGEN AND OTHER GASEOUS AND LIQUID MEDIA
Methods and manufactures disclosed herein generally relate to a cannular composite (ITC) structure composed of multiple layers of sealing, reinforcement, sensing, protection, and interspatial injected materials.
