PROCESS FOR LEAK DETECTION IN CATALYST PRODUCTION

The present invention is directed to a process, which can be used in the production of exhaust catalysts. In particular, the present process describes way of testing the leak-tightness of the coating equipment before a new coating campaign begins or during a running campaign.

CONTROL METHOD OF WASHING MACHINE

In a control method of a washing machine, a primary nephelometric turbidity unit (NTU) of washing water is sensed before a washing course is started in a washing cycle, a second NTU is sensed based on the primary NTU, and a washing time, an amount of washing agent, and/or a number of times of rinsing are varied based on a difference value between the primary NTU and the secondary NTU, thereby improving washing performance and washing efficiency.

LEAK DETECTION IN HEAT EXCHANGER SYSTEMS
20170292798 · 2017-10-12 ·

A heat exchanger comprises an outer shell extending between axially opposed ends and having a first fluid inlet and a first fluid outlet, one or more tubes passing through the tubular shell, a collection vessel disposed in an upper surface of the outer shell or the first fluid outlet, and a level sensor configured to detect the presence of the second heat exchange fluid within the collection vessel. The first fluid inlet and the first fluid outlet provide a first fluid pathway for a first heat exchange fluid through the outer shell, and the one or more tubes are configured to provide a second fluid pathway for a second heat exchange fluid between a second fluid inlet and a second fluid outlet.

Flood sensor for automization systems

A flood sensor for automation systems comprising at least two electrodes connected with a measuring circuit arranged to detect a plurality of liquid levels; and wherein the measuring circuit has a zero static current consumption, having current flow only in the presence of fluid; and wherein if a liquid is detected, the output of the circuit is activated and a microcontroller leaves a zero-power state in which it normally stays; and wherein the microcontroller comprises a program or programs stored in a memory and configured for being run by means of the microcontroller, wherein said programs comprise instructions for: (a) measuring the impedance of the liquid that has activated the output of the measuring circuit; and (b) sending the measured impedance to a central control.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF DETECTING LEAKAGE WITHIN A CHASSIS

A method of detecting leakage within a chassis includes mounting the chassis on a plate disposed in a sealed chamber and fluidly connecting, by a pipe, an interior space of the sealed chamber to a water tank such that a bottom end of the pipe is under a surface of water in the water tank. The method further includes determining, such as observing, whether bubbles are formed at the bottom end of the pipe due to pressurized air flowing into the pipe. The method also includes determining presence of a leak in the chassis due to pressurized air flowing between the chassis and the sealed chamber, before flowing into the pipe.

Washer fluid level detection

A system includes a processor and a memory. The memory stores instructions executable by the processor to, upon determining that a first fluid level in a vehicle container is below a threshold based on fluid level sensor data, determine a second fluid level based on a fluid consumption signal and the fluid level sensor, and to navigate the vehicle based on the determined second fluid level.
