A method for measuring a proportion of sA1c (%), which includes, when a peak derived from abnormal hemoglobin D, abnormal hemoglobin S or abnormal hemoglobin C is identified, calculation of the peak area, and measurement of the proportion of sA1c (%) corrected by using the calculation results. Results of measurement are obtained, by cation exchange chromatography, of sA1c (%) with a subject who provided a blood sample containing abnormal hemoglobin D, abnormal hemoglobin S or abnormal hemoglobin C by eliminating influences by such abnormal hemoglobin.

A detection kit for detecting an immunosuppressor in whole blood by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and a detection method thereof is provided. An internal standard solution is added with an antioxidant, vitamin E, and mixed with an internal standard diluent containing zinc sulfate heptahydrate, purified water and methanol for sample pretreatment, which not only exerts the function of the internal standard, but also synchronously achieves erythrocyte treatment, protein precipitation and target substance extraction. Various embodiments enable the immunosuppressor to be more stable in a solution matrix, thus promoting the detection accuracy and sensitivity. Various embodiments adopt isotopically-labeled sirolimus as an internal standard of everolimus to substitute isotopically-labeled everolimus, thus overcoming the interference of everolimus on isotopically-labeled everolimus and satisfying the detection requirements. Various embodiments detect four immunosuppressors simultaneously to reduce the cost of the internal standard, and has a lower detection cost, more accurate and stable detection results.

CHROMATOGRAPHIC TESTING DEVICE CONFIGURED TO SELECT IMAGING SCHEME ACCORDING TO TYPE OF FLUORESCENT DYE, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME

A chromatographic testing device which is configured to select an imaging scheme according to the type of fluorescent dye in an immunochromatographic test cartridge and a method for controlling the same are disclosed. The chromatographic testing device can include: a body; a code expression recognition unit provided in the body and recognizing a code expression in which a type of fluorescent dye of an immune strip provided on an immunochromatographic test cartridge mounted on the body is recorded; an excitation light source emission unit for emitting light from an excitation light source to the immunochromatographic test cartridge; an image sensor unit for recognizing excitation light generated by the excitation light source; and a control unit for controlling the image sensor unit in a single imaging scheme or a cumulative light imaging scheme according to the type of fluorescent dye of an immune strip, recognized by the code expression recognition unit.

APPARATUS FOR DIAGNOSING SOLID CANCERS AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION ON SOLID CANCER DIAGNOSIS

The present invention relates to an apparatus for diagnosing solid cancers comprising lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, bile duct cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, brain tumors, kidney cancer, liver cancer, and cervical cancer. More specifically, the apparatus comprises: a concentration measurement unit for measuring the concentration of each of acyl-carnitine (AC), nudifloramide (2PY), and lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) from a biological sample; a pre-processing unit for pre-processing the measured concentrations; and a diagnosis unit for determining the diagnosis information of cancer through linear discriminant analysis using the pre-processed concentrations.

METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY DETECTING VITAMIN K1 AND VITAMIN K2 IN TRACES OF BLOOD
20220326261 · 2022-10-13 ·

Provided is a method for simultaneously detecting Vitamin K1 and Vitamin K2 in traces of blood. The method includes: constructing a two-dimensional liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer, establishing an analytical method, and detecting at least three mixed standard solutions using the constructed two-dimensional liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer to obtain a first detection result; fitting standard curve equations respectively corresponding to Vitamin K1 and Vitamin K2; and mixing and centrifuging a blood sample to which an extraction reagent and a certain amount of internal standard substance are added, collecting a supernatant, blowing the supernatant to dry with nitrogen, redissolving the residue, and detecting the dry supernatant using the constructed two-dimensional liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer to obtain a second detection result. In this manner, concentrations of Vitamin K1 and Vitamin K2 in the blood sample are obtained.
