SCHEDULING SYSTEM AND METHOD, SCHEDULING CONTROL SYSTEM, BIOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A scheduling system includes a receiving system and a transfer system. The receiving system receives a carrier carrying a biological sample. The transfer system transfers the sample carrier between biochemical reaction platform and detection platform, so that a sample in the sample carrier performs a biochemical reaction on the biochemical reaction platform, and a signal from the reacted sample can be detected on the detection platform. The present disclosure further provides a scheduling method, a scheduling control system, a biochemical analysis system and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The present disclosure improves a degree of automation of sample carrier scheduling, and realizes simultaneous analysis of multiple sample carriers to improve a testing throughput.
Sample rack
A sample rack includes a placement table having an upper surface for placing at least one sample plate thereon, a handle portion holding a proximal end portion of the placement table, the handle portion having a lower end portion positioned lower than a lower surface of the placement table when the upper surface is leveled, and a leg portion attached to the placement table to take a protruding posture in which the leg portion is protruded downward from the lower surface and a storage posture in which the leg portion is not protruded downward from the lower surface. The leg portion is configured to support the sample rack to maintain the upper surface substantially horizontally in cooperation with the lower end portion of the handle portion when the sample rack is placed on a substantially horizontal surface with the leg portion taking the protruding posture.
Biological Analysis Systems and Methods
A biological analysis system for performing a performing an assay or experiment includes one or more of a carrier, base, or tray. The carrier, base, or tray is/are configured to interchangeably receive (1) a first block and a corresponding first cover placed over the first block or (2) a second block and a corresponding second cover placed over the second block; The system also includes a computer readable memory comprising instructions for detecting when the second cover is placed over the first block and/or for detecting when the first cover is placed over the second block based on lack of electrical continuity along an electrical path comprising one of the blocks and one of the covers.
Circulating Device and Sample Analyzer
The present disclosure relates to a circulating device, a circulating method, and a sample analyzer. The circulating device includes a mounting rack and an input mechanism, an output mechanism, a recycling mechanism and a transferring mechanism arranged on the mounting rack. The input mechanism is configured to provide a bearing box holding a reaction vessel. The output mechanism is configured to output the bearing box holding the reaction vessel from the input mechanism. The recycling mechanism is configured to recycle the bearing box, which is from the output mechanism and the reaction vessel held by which has been unloaded. The transferring mechanism includes transferring components corresponding to the input mechanism, the output mechanism and the recycling mechanism simultaneously. The transferring components are configured to not only convey the bearing box holding the reaction vessel from the input mechanism to the output mechanism, but also convey the bearing box, the reaction vessel held by which has been unloaded, from the output mechanism to the recycling mechanism. Thus, the structure of the circulating device is more compact.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR HANDLING SAMPLE CONTAINERS
A sample rack includes a housing that has multiple spaces or compartments each for receiving and retaining sample containers of various sizes. The sample rack includes dual hooks on the ends for engaging a sample rack handling system. Chamfers formed in the housing of the sample rack assist in placing and removing the sample rack from a sample rack handling system. The sample tube rack also includes a handle that extends upward from one end and includes gripping features. A groove and bar, incorporated into each sample rack, are able to selectively interlock with adjacent racks to assist in lifting multiple sample racks together.
INSTRUMENT FOR ANALYZING BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES AND REAGENTS
An instrument for processing a biological sample includes a chassis. Connected to the chassis is a tape path along which a tape with a matrix of wells can be automatically advanced through the instrument, a dispensing assembly for dispensing the biological sample and a reagent into the matrix of wells of the tape to form a biological sample and reagent mixture, a sealing assembly for sealing the biological sample and reagent mixture in the tape, and an amplification and detection assembly for detecting a signal from the biological sample and reagent mixture in the matrix of wells in the tape.
CELL PICKING DEVICE AND CELL PICKING METHOD
A cell picking device for sucking cells from a liquid sample in a sample container includes a sucking member to which a pipette tip is attachable, a driver that moves the sucking member and performs suction through the sucking member and the pipette tip, a work mode switcher that switches a work mode of the driver between a first mode and a second mode, and a controller that controls the driver.
IMMUNOASSAY DEVICE AND IMMUNOASSAY METHOD
The present invention relates to an immunoassay device and an immunoassay method.
According to an aspect of the present invention, an immunoassay device includes a measurement unit provided with a detection unit disposed at one side of a stage accommodating cartridges having a plurality of wells to move in a direction, in which the plurality of cartridges are arranged, and capable of measuring a state within the well disposed at the outermost side, and including a shielding plate that moves to cover an opened upper portion of the well disposed at the outermost side to block introduction of light into the well.
IMMUNOASSAY DEVICE AND IMMUNOASSAY METHOD
According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is an immunoassay device including: a control unit controlling relative movement of a stage, which accommodates a cartridge having a plurality of wells, and a solution transfer unit including a tip and the suction and discharge of a solution into/from the tip, wherein the solution transfer unit includes: a driving part providing a pressure for suctioning and discharging the solution into/from the tip; and a magnetic force applying part installed at one side of the tip to apply magnetic force toward the tip, wherein the control unit controls the driving part so that a magnitude of the magnetic force applied to the tip by the magnetic force applying part is adjusted to hold magnetic particles inside the tip after the solution containing the magnetic particles is suctioned into the tip.
Digital dispense system
A digital dispense system for preparing and analyzing a plurality of samples. The system includes two or more fluid droplet ejection devices. Each fluid droplet ejection device contains a fluid droplet ejection cartridge containing at least one fluid to be dispensed.
