FGFR2 INHIBITORS ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH IMMUNE STIMULATING AGENTS IN CANCER TREATMENT
Provided herein are uses of fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) inhibitors in cancer treatment, in some cases in combination with immune stimulating agents, such as inhibitors of PD-1 or PD-L1. In some embodiments, FGFR2 inhibitors may comprise FGFR2 antibodies or FGFR2 extracellular domain (ECD) polypeptides, or FGFR2 ECD fusion molecules comprising an FGFR2 ECD and a fusion partner. In some embodiments, PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors may comprise anti-PD-1 antibodies such as antibodies that bind to PD-1 or to PD-L1 and inhibit interactions between these proteins, as well as PD-1 fusion proteins or polypeptides.
ANTI-PD-L1 ANTIBODIES AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME FOR DETECTION OF PD-L1
The present application relates to anti-PD-L1 antibodies and their use to detect PD-L1 in a sample from a subject. In some embodiments, the subject has been treated with a therapeutic anti-PD-L1 antibody and an anti-PD-L1 described herein does not compete for binding to PD-L1 with the therapeutic anti-PD-L1 antibody. In some embodiments, the anti-PD-L1 antibody is linked to a detectable moiety, such as a fluorophore and the anti-PD-L1 antibody is used to detect PD-L1 in a subject using flow cytometry.
CONSTRUCTS SPECIFICALLY RECOGNIZING GLYPICAN 3 AND USES THEREOF
The present application provides constructs comprising an antibody moiety specifically recognizing Glypican 3 (GPC3), such as a cell surface-bound GPC3. Also provided are methods of making and using these constructs.

METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS OF CANCER BASED ON QUANTITATIVE BIOMARKERS AND A DATABASE THEREOF
Provided are methods, system and software for diagnosis, prediction and prognosis of a cancer patient based on the quantitative level of a set of biomarkers. Also provided is a database for the purpose of recording the quantitative level of a set of biomarkers.
IMMUNOTHERAPY MARKERS
The present invention relates to the identification and use of markers indicative for the response of a subject to immunotherapy as anti-cancer treatment. The markers are particularly useful in predicting response of a subject to immunotherapy with PD-1 or PD-L1 antagonists in the treatment of cancer. PD-1 and PD-L1 antagonists are typically used as immunotherapy in the treatment of several types of cancer, including melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and squamous cell carcinoma.
MATERIALS AND METHODS FOR EXTRACELLULAR VESICLE DETECTION
Described herein is a method for detecting the presence of circulating extracellular vesicles in a subject. The method comprises contacting a biological sample from the subject with an antibody mimetic that specifically binds to a cell surface marker on the vesicles, wherein the antibody mimetic is coupled to a detectable label; and detecting presence of extracellular vesicles in the sample by detecting the presence of the detectable label coupled to the antibody mimetic bound to the vesicles.
CXCL10 BINDING PROTEINS AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 10 (CXCL10) binding proteins and uses thereof in methods of detecting and/or diagnosing a condition in a subject, comprising determining a level of CXCL10 in the subject. Specific antibodies that bind to total CXCL10 (full-length, N-terminally truncated and citrullinated) and antibodies that bind active CXCL10 (full-length) were used to measure the level of total and active CXCL10 in samples from ovarian cancer patients. The calculated ratio of active to total CXCL10 was lower in patients with malignant condition when compared to patients with benign tumours or healthy individuals and is the basis of method of diagnosis of malignant conditions, monitoring tumour burden and disease progression.
