The resilient damping section comprises an outer surface facing away from the enclosed chamber which is configured to be engaged with the damping protrusion to produce the deformation of the resilient damping section and provide a damping to the rotation of the second member relative to the base section. According to the present invention, the damping mechanism is simple in structure and easy to manufacture and assemble.
