Method for producing printed material and system for producing printed material
A method for producing a printed material includes providing pressure-induced phase transition particles on a recording medium having an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.07 μm or more and 3.80 μm or less to form a pressure-induced phase transition particle layer having a coverage C within a range of 30% to 90%; bonding the pressure-induced phase transition particles onto the recording medium; and folding the recording medium having the pressure-induced phase transition particles bonded thereon and pressure-bonding the folded recording medium, or pressure-bonding the recording medium having the pressure-induced phase transition particles bonded thereon and another recording medium placed on top of each other. The pressure-induced phase transition particles have at least two glass transition temperatures, and the difference between the lowest glass transition temperature and the highest glass transition temperature among the glass transition temperatures exhibited by the pressure-induced phase transition particles is 30° C. or more.
Toner
Toner includes, as toner particles, first particles and second particles. The first particles each include a first core and a first shell layer covering a surface of the first core. The first core contains a first binder resin and is free from metal stearates. The second particles each include a second core and a second shell layer covering a surface of the second core. The second core contains a metal stearate. The first shell layer and the second shell layer are formed of resins of the same type, respectively. The content of the metal stearate in the second core is 50% by mass or more with respect to the mass of the second core as a whole. The number ratio of the second particles is 5% or more but 25% or less of the total number of the first particles and the second particles.

A toner, comprising a toner particle, wherein the toner particle has a core-shell structure comprising a core particle and a shell on a surface of the core particle, the shell comprises a polymer having monomer units represented by Formula (I) below, the toner comprises a specific external additive A, the external additive A is at least one selected from the group consisting of silica fine particles and organosilicon polymer fine particles, and a ratio of coverage of a surface of the toner particle with the external additive A is 0.3 area % or higher:

A toner comprising a toner particle comprising a binder resin, and an external additive, wherein the toner particle further comprises a monohydric aliphatic alcohol, the monohydric aliphatic alcohol has 8 to 18 carbon atoms, a content ratio of the monohydric aliphatic alcohol extracted from the toner with ethanol is 30 to 300 ppm by mass in the toner, and the external additive comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrotalcite particles and alumina particles.

An electrostatic charge image developing toner contains: a toner particle including a core portion containing a binder resin and a release agent that has a melting temperature Tm of 80° C. or less, and a coating layer that coats the core portion and contains an amorphous polyester resin, and the toner particle has a cross section in which one or more and three or less domains of the release agent are present in the core portion, the one or more and three or less domains having a circle-equivalent diameter of 1 μm or more and 3 μm or less, the toner particle has a volume average particle diameter of 4.2 μm or more and 5.8 μm or less, and a ratio of a thickness of the coating layer to a maximum diameter of the toner particle is 1% or more and 25% or less in the cross section.

A toner comprising: a toner particle comprising a binder resin and a hydrocarbon wax; and inorganic fine particles, wherein the inorganic fine particles include silica fine particles surface-treated with specific polydimethylsiloxanes, a total amount of trimethylsilanol in the silica fine particles is from 1.0 ppm to 5.0 ppm, where a standard value of an amount of ions of an ester group is measured by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry, one or more peaks of the standard value are present within a range of 100 nm from the surface of the toner particle, and the maximum value A(d max) among the peaks of the standard value and the standard value A(0) on the surface of the toner particle satisfy the following relationships:

TONER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING TONER
A toner and a method for producing the toner, wherein; the toner comprising a toner particle comprising a polyester resin, and has a softening point of 150° C. or less; the toner particle has the polyester resin within 100 nm from a surface of the toner particle, and where a value obtained by dividing an amount of counted ions for a structure represented by following formula (A) measured from the surface of the toner particle to a depth of 100 nm by TOF-SIMS by a total amount of counted ions is taken as a standard value, one or more peaks of the standard value are present within a range of 100 nm from the surface of the toner particle, and where A(dmax) denotes a standard value at a maximum peak and A(0) denotes a standard value on the toner particle surface, formula 1.15≤A(dmax)/A(0)≤5.00 is satisfied.

The toner is characterized in that, wherein the binder resin is a resin satisfying at least one of the following specification (A) or (B): (A) the binder resin contains a crystalline resin having a unit (a) represented by the following formula (1) and a resin having a sulfide structure; and (B) the binder resin contains a crystalline resin having the sulfide structure and having the unit (a) represented by the following formula (1):

The toner comprises a toner particle that comprises a binder resin-containing core particle and a thermosetting resin-containing shell on the surface of the core particle, wherein the binder resin includes at least one of (i) a vinyl resin and a polyester resin and (ii) a hybrid resin in which a vinyl resin and a polyester resin are bonded; the polyester resin comprises in a main chain thereof a cyclic structure, and the content of the polyester resin in the tetrahydrofuran-soluble matter of the toner is at least 51 mass%; the vinyl resin comprises a prescribed monomer unit; the thermosetting resin is at least one resin selected from melamine resins, urea resins, and oxazoline group-bearing vinyl resins; and the average circularity of the toner is in a prescribed range.
