Control system, control method, and non-transitory computer readable medium
The present invention provides a technology for invoking a non-periodic-execution function module from a periodic-execution control program. A control system that comprises first and second control parts (C1, C2) and a storage device that stores control programs (210, 211) for a controller. The control programs (210, 211) include a periodic-execution function module (55B) that invokes a non-periodic-execution function module (55A). The first control part (C1) reflects the value of an input variable for the periodic-execution function module (55B) in an argument for the non-periodic-execution function module (55A) and outputs an execution start command for the function modules to the second control part (C2). The second control part (C2) outputs a return value for the non-periodic-execution function module (55A) to the first control part (C1). The first control part (C1) reflects the return value in an output variable for the periodic-execution function module (55B).
CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK AND CONNECTIVITY HEALTH TROUBLESHOOTING SYSTEM
A system and method for diagnosing connection and communication in an industrial machine. The electronic processing system includes a CAN bus, an ethernet network, and a plurality of devices connected to the CAN bus and the ethernet network. The plurality of devices includes at least one controller programmed to run one or more software applications. A connectivity check is performed to obtain CAN connection status data and ethernet connection status data for the plurality of devices. The CAN connection status data and the ethernet connection status data is analyzed to determine a likely cause of a device connection issue. A solution to the device connection issue is output to a user based on the analyzed data.
ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL METHOD FOR THE SAME
Disclosed is an energy storage system and a temperature control method for the same. The energy storage system includes a first battery group having a plurality of sections, which respectively have at least one battery module and at least one cooling fan; at least one first slave battery management system (BMS) coupled to the first battery group to monitor a temperature value of battery modules included in the first battery group for each section and generate first temperature information having the monitored temperature value for each section; a master BMS configured to transmit the first temperature information according to a predetermined rule; and a control unit configured to output a first control signal for adjusting a rotation speed of at least one cooling fan provided in at least one of the plurality of sections, based on the first temperature information transmitted from the master BMS.
Method and system for interacting master and slave information in real time
A method for interacting master and slave information in real time, comprising: collecting, by N slave control MCUs, sensor signals of sensors respectively connected thereto; feeding back, by the N slave control MCUs, the sensor signals to a master control MCU via a signal transfer panel; and when the sensor signals satisfy a pre-set condition, giving, by the master control MCU, a control instruction to a corresponding slave control MCU according to the pre-set condition, wherein both the sensor signals and the control instruction are transmitted between the master control MCU and the slave control MCUs via the signal transfer panel in an SP signal manner. Also disclosed is a system for interacting master and slave information in real time. The method for interacting master and slave information in real time can reduce the redundant information interaction and improve the communication efficiency.
ELECTRIC MOTOR ADDRESSING FOR PLANTERS
An electric motor addressing system and method for a planter implement receives, at an electronic control unit (ECU), an address claim request from each motor of a plurality of motors coupled to the ECU via a first bus. Each address claim request includes a requested bus address and a binary value corresponding to a pin connector setting associated with a harness connector of the respective motor. The system associates the binary value with a physical address for each motor without reference to the bus address and maps each bus address to the physical address.
CAN bus commercial appliance system and method
One or more commercial appliances for handling food and/or one of more subsystems of commercial appliances for handling food are linked to a master controller for controlling the operation of the commercial appliance(s) and/or its subsystem(s) via one or more CAN modules and a CAN bus.
Control system, relay device and control method
A control system 9 according to the present invention is mounted on a moving object. The control system 9 includes: an observing device 92 which transmits observation result data indicating an observation result of surroundings of the moving object; a first control instruction device 91 which transmits first control data indicating the control contents determined based on the observation result data; a movement control device 93 which controls movement of the moving object; and a relay device 95 which relays the first control data transmitted from the first control instruction device 91, to the movement control device 93. When a second control instruction device 94 which transmits second control data indicating the control contents determined based on the observation result data is provided to the control system 9, the relay device 95 transmits the second control data instead of the first control data, to the movement control device 93.
RAIL VEHICLE HAVING AN EVENT-CONTROLLED DRIVER'S CAB DISPLAY DEVICE
A rail vehicle has a set of operational subsystems and a driver's cab display device for displaying information to the driver of the vehicle. The driver's cab display device has at least one central display unit. The novel rail vehicle enables flexible and targeted outputting of information to the driver of the vehicle. For that purpose, the driver's cab display device has a control unit which is connected upstream of the display unit and which is provided to organize a dynamic information content, relating to multiple operational subsystems, for the display unit.
Energy-consumption detection of vehicles in an off state
Method and apparatus are disclosed for energy-consumption detection of vehicles in an off state. An example vehicle includes a controller area network (CAN) including CAN buses, a gateway module, and electronic control units (ECUs) that are each connected to one of the CAN buses. Upon activating while the vehicle is in an off state, a first of the ECUs sends a message via a corresponding one of the CAN buses to activate the gateway module. The message includes activation data and the gateway module stores the activation data.
