The local network server unit is configured to achieve remote network display of transmitter information and remote network control, the image acquisition unit is configured to timely acquire an image in a cabinet of the transmitter such that a maintainer can conduct remote observation, and the sampling unit is configured to control the drive unit to achieve automatic control of the transmitter.
