Systems, methods and apparatus for providing comparative statistical information for a plurality of production facilities in a closed-loop production management system
For each of a plurality of production facilities, a series of operations is performed. For each of a plurality of batches of a concrete mixture produced at the respective production facility based on a formulation, a first difference between a measured quantity of cementitious and a first quantity specified in the formulation is determined. A first standard deviation is determined based on the first differences. For each of the plurality of batches, a second difference between a measured quantity of water and a second quantity specified in the formulation is determined. A second standard deviation is determined based on the second differences. A first benchmark is selected from among the first standard deviations, and a second benchmark is selected from among the second standard deviations. An amount by which costs may be reduced by improving production at the production facility to meet the first and second benchmarks is determined.
CONCRETE PUMP AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING A CONCRETE PUMP
The invention relates to a concrete pump, comprising: —a frame; —a supporting leg, the supporting leg having a supporting foot, the supporting foot being extensible relative to the supporting leg; and—a drive for driving a movement of the supporting leg relative to the frame. A camera image of a hazard zone around the supporting leg is produced by a monitoring sensor. The drive is controlled by means of a remote control. The data information is transferred to the remote control via an interface. The invention also relates to a method for supporting a concrete pump. On the basis of the received data information, it can be determined, by means of the remote control, whether the movement of the supporting leg causes a hazard.
Cartesian control of a boom tip of a large manipulator, in particular a concrete pump
A large manipulator including an extendable folding boom. The extendable boom includes a turntable that is rotatable about a vertical axis and boom segments pivotable at folding joints about folding axes in relation to an adjacent boom segment or the turntable via respective drive assemblies. The extendable boom further includes rotary angle sensors configured to detect folding angles between adjacent boom segments or between one of the boom segments and the adjacent turntable. The extendable boom further includes an inclination sensor arranged at a last of the boom segments forming a boom tip and a computing unit configured to establish an elastic deformation of the extendable folding boom based on the detected folding angles and the inclination of the last boom segment.
