Multi-function three-stage pressure regulator
An integrated pressure regulator is provided with three stages configured to reduce an extreme tank pressure down to a typical working pressure. The regulator is configured to supply a steady working pressure until the tank pressure is reduced to little more than the working pressure itself. Stages of the pressure regulator are integrated into a body and arranged to minimize regulator mass and volume. A thermally-triggered pressure relief device may be included with a triggering time adapted to enhance the safety of smaller cylinders that may be used, e.g., in aerial applications.
OIL PRESSURE SUPPLY DEVICE
An oil pressure supply device supplies, to an oil chamber, an oil pressure generated by suctioning oil from an oil source with an oil pump. The oil pressure supply device includes a first oil passage connected to a suction side of the oil pump; a first check valve provided in the first oil passage and configured to close the first oil passage and prevent oil from moving to the oil source side when the oil pump is stopped; a second oil passage connected to a discharge side of the oil pump; and a second check valve provided in the second oil passage and configured to close the second oil passage and prevent oil from moving to the oil pump side when the oil pump is stopped. When the oil pump is stopped, the second check valve closes the second oil passage earlier than the first check valve closes the first oil passage.

Pressure reducing plant with two or more lines operating in parallel
A pressure reduction plant including two or more valve assemblies arranged in parallel and including: pressure reducers for fuel gas from the supply pressure to the delivery pressure; pilot valves to transmit a control pressure to the pressure reducers when the delivery pressure reaches the calibration value of the pilot valves; derivation conduits to transmit the delivery pressure to the pressure reducers, the pilot valves and the pressure reducer devices; command lines to transmit the control pressure from the pilot valves to the pressure reducers. One of the pilot valves is configured with a calibration value greater than the calibration value of all the remaining pilot valves and each command line is configured to communicate with a control line.
LOAD-SENSING MULTI-WAY VALVE WORK SECTION
Disclosed is a load-sensing multi-way valve work section comprising a valve body, which comprises a compensation valve and a reversing valve both formed therein, wherein the compensation valve is provided with a compensation valve bore formed in the valve body and a compensation valve spool accommodated in the compensation valve bore, with a compensation valve oil inlet chamber, a compensation valve oil outlet chamber, a spring-side control chamber and a springless-side control chamber all being formed inside the compensation valve bore; wherein the reversing valve is provided with a reversing valve bore formed in the valve body and a reversing valve spool accommodated in the reversing valve bore, the reversing valve spool being configured to control communications among a main oil inlet chamber, a first working oil chamber, a second working oil chamber, a first oil return chamber, a second oil return chamber, a first load-sensing feedback pressure sensing opening and a second load-sensing feedback pressure sensing opening formed in the reversing valve bore, the compensation valve oil outlet chamber being communicated to the main oil inlet chamber; and wherein the load-sensing multi-way valve work section also defines a feedback passage formed within the valve body, the feedback passage being configured to communicate one of the first and second load-sensing feedback pressure sensing openings with the spring-side control chamber depending on a position of the reversing valve spool in the reversing valve bore.

One aspect relates to an engine including a working system, having a first piston-cylinder system, comprising a working piston and a working cylinder. The working piston divides the working cylinder into a first working cylinder portion and a second working cylinder portion, a valve system, having a first valve connection and a valve element. The valve system and the working system are connected in a gas conducting manner, the first valve connection can be connected to a negative pressure source, and the valve element is movably arranged in the valve system such that, in a first valve position, the valve element connects the first valve connection to the first working cylinder portion, and, in a second valve position, connects the first valve connection to the second working cylinder portion in a gas conducting manner.
Preselection valve, hydraulic valve assembly and hydraulic control device
A preselection valve is for a hydraulic valve assembly with a switching element, a pressure input line, a first pressure output line and a first load pressure line with a load pressure inlet and output. The switching element is switchable from neutral to a first switching position. The pressure input line is connected to the first pressure output line in the first position. The preselection valve has a second and third load pressure line and a load pressure increasing device. The second load pressure line branches off the pressure input line upstream of the switching element. The load pressure increasing device is connected to the third load pressure line, which connects the pressure increasing device to the first load pressure line. The second load pressure line is connected to the pressure increasing device in the first switching position and the second load pressure line is blocked in the neutral position.
PRESELECTION VALVE, HYDRAULIC VALVE ASSEMBLY AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL DEVICE
A preselection valve is for a hydraulic valve assembly with a switching element, a pressure input line, a first pressure output line and a first load pressure line with a load pressure inlet and output. The switching element is switchable from neutral to a first switching position. The pressure input line is connected to the first pressure output line in the first position. The preselection valve has a second and third load pressure line and a load pressure increasing device. The second load pressure line branches off the pressure input line upstream of the switching element. The load pressure increasing device is connected to the third load pressure line, which connects the pressure increasing device to the first load pressure line. The second load pressure line is connected to the pressure increasing device in the first switching position and the second load pressure line is blocked in the neutral position.
HYDRAULIC BRAKE BOOST
A brake system for actuating front and rear wheel brakes includes a reservoir and a master cylinder operable by actuation of a brake pedal connected to the master cylinder to generate brake actuating pressure at a first output for hydraulically actuating the front wheel brakes. A power transmission unit is configured for selectively providing pressurized hydraulic fluid for actuating the front wheel brakes. A pair of rear brake motors selectively electrically actuate respective rear wheel brakes. An electronic control unit controls at least one of the power transmission unit and the rear brake motors. A two-position three-way valve is hydraulically connected with the master cylinder and the power transmission unit and with the front wheel brakes. The three-way valve selectively controls hydraulic fluid flow from a chosen one of the master cylinder and the power transmission unit to at least one of the front wheel brakes.
