Provided is a regulator unit that when a pressure is set with respect to a workpiece having a certain weight, can be used for raising/lowering, suspension, or the like of a workpiece having a weight exceeding the weight with the set pressure maintained. The regulator unit is disposed between a drive cylinder and a fluid pressure source and includes a regulator body and a pressure control mechanism connected to the regulator body. The pressure control mechanism includes a cylindrical housing, an end surface cover, and an operation handle fixed to an end of a screw rod protruding from the end surface cover. The end surface cover is fixed to a resin ring fitted to an end of the cylindrical housing and is slidingly rotatable with respect to the end surface of the cylindrical housing integrally with the resin ring in accordance with the amount of turn of the operation handle.

The flow control system transitions between a closed state to the open state in response to a water pressure exceeding a pressure threshold.

A fluid pressure reducing valve apparatus includes a pressure reducing valve. The valve has: a body containing a fluid-flow chamber, a liquid supply orifice into the chamber, a liquid outlet from the chamber, a regulation plate opposed to the orifice, a spring acting to urge the plate towards the orifice, and a diaphragm between the plate and the body to close the chamber between them. A controllable motor drive acts between the body and an end of the spring remote from the plate. A flow meter is positioned downstream of the outlet. A controller is arranged to receive flow data from the flow meter and to control the motor drive for withdrawal of the remote end of the spring in accordance with flow rate measured by the flow meter. For an increase in demand flow, the plate is partially withdrawn to maintain downstream pressure on such increase and vice versa.

A gas regulator has a base and a blocking mechanism. The base has a transporting passage. The blocking mechanism has a plug, a first elastic unit, an elastic sealing sheet, and a switching unit. The plug is moveably mounted in the transporting passage and forms a gap for gas to pass through the transporting passage. The first elastic unit moves the plug to block an end opening of the transporting passage. The blocking chamber is formed between the elastic sealing sheet and the base. The switching unit is connected to the elastic sealing sheet and moves along with the deformation of the elastic sealing sheet relative to the plug. The switching unit abuts the plug to space the plug apart from the end opening. When the gas pressure is too high, the switching unit moves to allow the plug to move to block the end opening.

A tray is provided between a supply air port member and an exhaust port member. A peripheral edge portion of an opening portion of an exhaust port of the exhaust port member that faces an output chamber side is a conical guiding portion. A spherical body is disposed between the guiding portion and an inner bottom face of a tray. The inner peripheral wall of the tray fits slidably into the outer peripheral surface of the end portion of the exhaust port member positioned within the output chamber. The other end of the poppet valve is caused to contact the outer bottom face of the tray. Thus, the exhaust port and the spherical body are centered automatically at the position of the center of the exhaust port, regardless of the position of the shaft axis of the poppet valve, so that there will be essentially no sliding friction.

A dome pressure regulator for regulating gas pressure, having a housing (1), a fixed valve seat (10), a movable valve body (8), a closing spring (9) acting on the valve body (8), and a diaphragm (4) which is connected to the valve body (8) and which is able to be subjected to a control pressure, settable via a gas pressure spring, in the opening direction and to a secondary pressure in the closing direction. The object of the invention is to detect state parameters of the system and to integrate continuous functionality checking and logging of the collected measurement values into the pressure regulator. In order to achieve said object, the invention proposes at least one travel sensor (15), by way of which the stroke of the valve body (8) is measurable, and a sensor-system evaluation unit (17) integrated into the housing.
