PRESSURE MAINTAINING VALVE FOR A REVERSIBLE CONNECTION TO AN AIR LINE
A pressure-maintaining valve for a reversible connection to an air line, having a basic body with an inlet opening, an outlet opening for accommodating the air line, and a fluid chamber which connects the inlet opening to the outlet opening in a fluid-communicating manner. A piston which is mounted movably between a sealing position, an equalizing position and a release position is arranged in the inlet opening, and the piston has an annular groove with a piston sealing surface and a piston release surface. In the sealing position, a sealant is arranged in a sealing manner between the piston sealing surface and a basic body sealing surface. In the equalizing position an equalizing line arranged in the sealing piston bypasses the sealant in a fluid-communicating manner. In the release position, the piston release surface lifts off the sealant from the basic body sealing surface.

The pressure reducing valve comprises a valve body, a piston and an elastic member, the valve body comprises a connector, the connector comprises a water passing hole penetrating from an inner side to an outer peripheral surface of the connector, a sealing member encompasses the connector, the piston comprises a bottom wall and a peripheral wall extending upward from a periphery of the bottom wall, an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall comprises a discharging section and a sealed section disposed between the discharging section and the bottom wall, the discharging section defines one or more discharging passages, the peripheral wall of the piston is configured to slidably encompass an outer side of the connector, and the elastic member configured to drive the piston to be separated from the connector.
Keg coupler with secondary pressure regulator and systems using same
A pressure regulator comprising a housing formed to include a bore therein, a piston moveably disposed within the bore wherein that piston comprises a first annular lip adjacent a first end, a spring disposed within said bore and comprising a first end and a second end, an adjustment cap moveably disposed in the bore, wherein the first end of the spring is in physical contact with the first annular lip and the second end of the spring is in physical contact with the adjustment cap.
PRESSURE REGULATION VALVE
A pneumatic pressure regulation valve comprising: a valve inlet; a valve outlet; a piston arranged to control gas flow from the inlet to the outlet; a sense line fluidly connecting the inlet to a pressure regulation chamber and with a pressure relief valve connected thereto to limit the pressure in the pressure regulation chamber; wherein the piston is arranged between the pressure regulation chamber and the valve outlet such that the position of the piston is determined by the relative pressures in the regulation chamber and the valve outlet and the position of the piston controls the flow from the valve inlet to the valve outlet; wherein the sense line comprises a flow restriction upstream of the pressure relief valve. The flow restriction addresses instability that can arise from large volumes of connecting tubes or pipes in the sense line.
A PRESSURE COMPENSATOR FOR OLEODYNAMIC APPLICATIONS
A pressure compensator, particularly for oleodynamic applications, comprising two cylinders: a compensator cylinder in which is slidingly engaged a first piston comprising a first piston rod, and a reducing cylinder, in which is slidingly engaged a second piston comprising a second piston rod axially connected to the first piston rod; said compensator cylinder being coupled to a main oleodynamic cylinder; said compensator cylinder having a size so designed as to provide the same area ratio as that of the main cylinder, thereby to a set position of said main cylinder piston corresponding a precise position of the first piston of the compensator cylinder; said reducing cylinder comprising at least a low-pressure chamber coupled to a pressure gauge; a displacement of the reducing cylinder piston rod either increases or decreases a pressure in said low-pressure chamber, proportionately to a working pressure in the main cylinder.
Arrangement for handling a liquid medium
An arrangement for managing a liquid medium, such as water, combines a pressure-reducing valve with two backflow prevention valves. Both the pressure-reducing valve and the two backflow prevention valves may be integrated into a common housing, specifically with both backflow prevention valves in an inlet chamber of the housing, wherein the inlet chamber and an outlet chamber of the housing are either fluidly coupled or isolated from one another by the pressure-reducing valve depending on the outlet chamber pressure prevailing in the outlet chamber. In some instances, a manually actuatable shut-off valve may be integrated into the housing. The manually actuatable shut-off valve may selectively keep the pressure-reducing valve in a closed position or allow the automatic opening and closing of the pressure-reducing valve depending on the outlet chamber pressure prevailing in the outlet chamber.
PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE
In a pressure regulating valve, a piston is provided, in an end on a side closer to a seat, with a recessed portion opening on the side closer to the seat, a valve element including: a tip portion contactable with the seat; a columnar retaining part inserted in the recessed portion; and a press-fit portion protruding radially outward from an outer peripheral surface of the retaining part and being press-fitted in an inner peripheral surface of the recessed portion. The press-fit portion has a spherical shape.
ADJUSTABLE PILOT OPERATED FLOW CONTROL VALVE
A flow control valve including a main valve and a pilot valve for controlling a piston of the main valve. The pilot valve is controlled in part with relatively high pressure fluid ported from a high pressure port of a flow sensor and relatively low pressure fluid ported from a low pressure port of a flow sensor, and also controlled with a control fluid applied to a control plate acting on a compression spring to bias the pilot valve. The pressure in the control fluid is controlled by pressurizing a control fluid reservoir with a mechanism accessible from outside the valve and the piping in which the valve is installed. The flow sensor and the reservoir are preferably disposed within the flange of the valve.
PRESSURE REGULATING SHUT-OFF VALVE
There is provided a pressure regulating shut-off valve comprising a valve body, at least one piston serving as a regulating piston and/or a shut-off piston, a solenoid valve, and a pressure relief valve; wherein the valve body defines an inlet and an outlet, and comprises at least a portion formed by an additive manufacturing process.
PRESSURE BALANCE VALVE OF INTERNAL RETENTION STRUCTURE
A pressure balance valve of an internal retention structure includes a control head, a valve housing, a balance valve assembly, and a valve seat assembly. The balance valve assembly includes a balance valve body, a piston, and sealing elements. The valve seat assembly includes a valve seat, two water stop sleeves, and a plug cap. The valve seat is integrally formed with a valve core chamber receiving therein balance valve assembly and closed by the plug cap. The valve seat assembly forms sealed and movable engagement with the control head by means of the water stop sleeves. Positioning between the valve core the valve seat and the valve housing can be made more accurate and more reliable and sealing performance of the valve core is improved.
