AUTOMATIC PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE FOR MULTIPLE LEVELS OF DRIVING AUTOMATION OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An automatic pressure regulating valve for multiple levels of driving automation of a commercial vehicle includes an upper valve body, a lower valve body, a piston, a main valve core assembly, a switching valve, a quick-acting intake valve, and a quick-acting exhaust valve. The switching valve, the quick-acting intake valve and the quick-acting exhaust valve are all mounted at an upper end of the upper valve body. The piston is located in a chamber formed by the upper valve body and the lower valve body to divide the chamber into an upper control chamber and a lower chamber. The main valve core assembly is mounted in the lower valve body. The automatic pressure regulating valve is applicable to a commercial vehicle allowing for multiple levels of driving automation.
PILOT STAGE WITH BALL-CONICAL SEAT
A pressure regulation valve including a pilot stage valve with a ball valve body and a conical seat. A shock absorber with at least one pressure regulation valve.
LIQUID PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE
A fluid pressure reducing valve apparatus includes a pressure reducing valve. The valve has: a body containing a fluid-flow chamber, a liquid supply orifice into the chamber, a liquid outlet from the chamber, a regulation plate opposed to the orifice, a spring acting to urge the plate towards the orifice, and a diaphragm between the plate and the body to close the chamber between them. A controllable motor drive acts between the body and an end of the spring remote from the plate. A flow meter is positioned downstream of the outlet. A controller is arranged to receive flow data from the flow meter and to control the motor drive for withdrawal of the remote end of the spring in accordance with flow rate measured by the flow meter. For an increase in demand flow, the plate is partially withdrawn to maintain downstream pressure on such increase and vice versa.
Overpressure protection apparatus
An overpressure control apparatus is used to control jets of high-pressure fracking fluid or other stimulation fluid released from a treatment flowline in cases of overpressure. The apparatus includes a collection tank and one or more valves, which can all be mounted on or integrated to a skid. The sizes and weights of the collection tank and the skid may help to keep the apparatus on the ground during an overpressure event. The apparatus can be provided with an offline testing system that allows an operator to close off the communication between the apparatus and the treatment flowline, and instead, pump a clean fluid such as water at high-pressure to test the proper functioning of the valve.
Anti-surge recycle valve
An anti-surge recycle valve system for a natural gas line using a pipeline rotary control valve for controlling gas flow through the gas line and a valve controller having a surge-programmable feature including a threshold setpoint deviation limit, which is used to control first and second control valve loops. The first solenoid valve loop drives a rotary high-pressure piston actuator when the linear position sensor determines a setpoint deviation in gas flow below the threshold deviation, and the second solenoid valve loop drives the rotary high-pressure piston actuator when the linear position sensor determines a setpoint deviation in gas flow above the threshold deviation. The system provides ultra-rapid stroking speed in tandem with highly accurate and stable positioning.
PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE WITH REDUCED PILOT FLOW AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM WITH THE SAME
A hydraulic valve comprises a proportional piloted valve that controls pressure and includes means for restricting pilot flow through the pilot flow passage. The means for restricting pilot flow defines a restriction in the pilot flow passage when a movable spool disposed in an axial bore of the body of the valve is in a neutral position. The restriction varies as a function of spool movement such that flow of hydraulic fluid through the pilot flow passage is variably restricted as a function of the position of the spool over its range of travel.
Split G-Quadruplexes for Capture and Detection of Nucleic Acids
Methods of using split G-quadruplexes associated with functional tags for associating said tags to target nucleic acids. Methods include use of split G-quadruplexes associated with detection tags for the detection of target nucleic acids, and use of split G-quadruplexes associated with capture tags for detection or capture of target nucleic acids.
VACUUM VALVE AND VACUUM PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM USING THE SAME
A vacuum valve placed between a vacuum vessel and a vacuum pump to adjust a valve opening degree using an operating fluid includes a packing mounted in a recessed groove of a piston. The packing is provided with a contact portion on a radially inner side and a contact portion on a radially outer side, and a slide-contact portion contacting with an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder. A portion between the contact portion and the slide-contact portion has a thin thickness.
PRESSURE REGULATION VALVE
A pneumatic pressure regulation valve comprising: a valve inlet; a valve outlet; a piston arranged to control gas flow from the inlet to the outlet; a sense line fluidly connecting the inlet to a pressure regulation chamber and with a pressure relief valve connected thereto to limit the pressure in the pressure regulation chamber; wherein the piston is arranged between the pressure regulation chamber and the valve outlet such that the position of the piston is determined by the relative pressures in the regulation chamber and the valve outlet and the position of the piston controls the flow from the valve inlet to the valve outlet; wherein the sense line comprises a flow restriction upstream of the pressure relief valve. The flow restriction addresses instability that can arise from large volumes of connecting tubes or pipes in the sense line.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY FILLING FLUID CYLINDERS
A cylinder filling system is configured to automatically fill fluid cylinders with fluid at varying fluid pressures. The cylinder filling system may include a plurality of pressure control manifolds operatively connected together and disposed in a fluid circuit between a fluid storage container and a fluid outlet. A control unit may be in communication with the plurality of pressure control manifolds. The control unit is configured to operate the plurality of pressure control manifolds to deliver fluid at a rated fluid pressure of a fluid cylinder that connects to the fluid outlet.
