20230035684 · 2023-02-02 ·

A water flow rate automatic control module, relating to the field of thermostatic shower fittings. The water flow rate automatic control module comprising a base, a valve body, a thermosensitive assembly, a diaphragm, wherein a temperature sensing part senses the temperature of passing cold water in real time; when the temperature of cold water is too low, the mixed water flow rate is slowed down, and more hot water is supplied to a thermostatic valve core assembly for mixing; when the temperature of cold water is too high, the mixed water flow rate is increased, and more cold water is supplied to the thermostatic valve core assembly for mixing. Therefore, the mixed water temperature range of the thermostatic valve core assembly can be ensured, and the problem of temperature adjustment failure or beyond the temperature difference caused by matching the thermostatic shower with a gas water heater is solved.

A hot water delivery system includes a water heater, a mixing valve that is coupled to the output of the water heater, and a plurality of loads that are coupled to the output of the mixing valve. A load set point temperature of each load that is representative of a maximum temperature of the hot water that is to be delivered to the respective load is set by a user. Responsive to detecting the occurrence of an event associated with a load of the plurality of loads, a controller of the water heater controls the mixing valve to adjust the temperature of the hot water from the water heater to the load set point temperature associated with the load, provided the load set point temperature of the load is different from a water heater set point temperature at which the water heater maintains the hot water therein.

Method of manufacturing thermo valve and thermo valve

A method of manufacturing a thermo valve includes an overlaying step of overlaying a valve body onto a thermo actuator so as to cover a groove portion; and a caulking step of caulking an installing portion of the valve body onto the thermo actuator. The caulking step is performed by pressing, by use of a jig, the valve body and the thermo actuator toward an axis center in a radial direction. A pressing face of the jig has a short side portion and a long side portion longer than the short side portion. Pressing is performed with the long side portion being substantially in parallel to the axis center of the thermo actuator and the short side portion being substantially in parallel to the groove portion.

Heating and hot water supply apparatus and control method thereof

The disclosure provides a heating and hot water supply apparatus which includes a heating circulation path configured to circulate a heated heating medium with a heating terminal, and a bypass path branched from the heating circulation path for causing the heating medium to flow therethrough without passing through the heating terminal. A hot water supply heat exchanger is disposed in the bypass path. A division ratio of the heating medium from the heating circulation path to the bypass path is controlled by a distribution valve. The division ratio is increased from a first value to a second value when a reservation preheat control is started during the heating operation according to a start reservation time of hot water supply operation reserved by a timer, and set to a third value greater than the second value during a simultaneous operation of the hot water supply and the heating operation.

Systems and techniques are described for using a connected device that measures water usage and controls temperature of a hot water line. In some implementations, a monitoring system monitors a property that includes one or more sensors located throughout the property and generates sensor data. The monitor control unit receives sensor data and based on the sensor data, determines an action that is likely to occur. Based on the action, determine a water temperature. Generate an instruction specifying the water temperature. The monitoring system includes a connected mixing valve that connects to a hot water supply line and a cold water supply line; receives the instruction specifying the water temperature; and, determines a first amount of hot water from the hot water supply line to combine with a second amount of cold water from the cold water supply line to produce water at the water temperature.
