Pig feeder with feed flow adjustment
11484008 · 2022-11-01 ·

A feeder for pigs includes a hopper and a trough for receiving the feed where an elongate opening is defined by an elongate shelf to control the amount of feed discharged from the hopper to the trough. An adjustment linkage for lifting the shelf against the weight of feed in the hopper includes a first lift screw and a second lift screw each for applying a lifting force to the elongate adjustment member located at spaced positions from the end walls of the hopper. Each of the screws includes a gear box with a shaft connected between the two gear boxes to communicate drive therebetween for simultaneous operation of the lift screws by a hand crank connected to one at the top of the feed in the hopper.

CRANK HANDLE ASSEMBLY

An apparatus for a crank handle of a landing gear. The crank handle comprising an assembly with a rotating arm, a mounting end, a handle arm, and a handle grip. The handle grip mounted to the handle arm. The handle grip rotatable about the handle arm at a handle end of the crank handle assembly.

A quick-release structure includes a shaft and a driving assembly. Two ends of the shaft have a receiving hole and a connecting hole, respectively. The driving assembly includes a rotating handle and a connecting rod. One end of the rotating handle is provided with an end cap. The connecting rod includes a pivoting end and a driving section. The rotating handle is pivotally connected to the pivoting end of the connecting rod so that the rotating handle can be pivoted relative to one side of the connecting rod. When in use, the driving section is engaged in the connecting hole, and the rotating handle can be turned to drive the shaft to rotate; when not in use, the driving assembly is inserted into the receiving hole, and the end cap is pressed against an outer end of the receiving hole to be positioned.

Hand crank for a landing gear

A hand crank for a landing gear is described, the hand crank having a main body provided at a first end with a connecting element for fastening the hand crank to an input shaft of the landing gear and formed at an opposite, second end to rotate the hand crank. The hand crank only allows torque to be transmitted from the hand crank to the input shaft if the operator holds the hand crank with at least one hand. A clutch is arranged in the force flow between the first end of the main body and the connecting element, wherein the clutch is held in an open disconnected position and is moved into a force-locked connection position by operating an actuating element arranged at the second end.

Disengaging handle assembly for a bottom outlet valve

A handle assembly for an outlet valve for a tank, where the outlet valve has a stem that is actuated to open and close the outlet valve, is provided. The handle assembly includes a handle. A shaft is attached to the handle, and an adapter attached to the shaft. A bracket is adapted to mount the shaft to the tank so that the shaft is pivotally mounted with respect to the tank and movable with respect to the outlet valve between an engaged position, where the adapter is connected to the stem, and a disengaged position, where the adapter is disconnected from the stem.

Tiller knob assembly for steering wheel

A tiller knob has a top section having a lower periphery with a first plurality of indented segments and a bottom section having an upper periphery with a second plurality of indented segments. When the lower periphery and the upper periphery are mated with one another, the first plurality of indented segments cooperates with the second plurality of indented segments to form separate openings around an outer circumference of the tiller knob. A center section is located between the top section and the bottom section so that outer surfaces of extending segments are exposed through the separate openings. A multi-sectional tiller knob having top and bottom sections formed of a first material and a center section formed of a second material is also disclosed.

DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLING IMPLANT SYSTEMS

An implant assembly device configured to press an inner femoral head into a plastic outer femoral head by means of actuator system. The actuator system embodies a unique pawl system that acts to reduce the occurrence and severity of device jamming due to over compression. The device includes a unique head support apparatus that aligns and orients the inner and outer femoral heads prior to and throughout the assembly process. The device can also include a grip portion integrated onto the body of the device, for holding and stabilizing the device when in use.

Adjustable Grab Bar Apparatus

The invention provides an adjustable grab bar apparatus that allows a user to easily and quickly position the grab bar to suit his/her particular requirements and capabilities, without the need for tools and/or additional hardware. Adjustment may be done by users with impaired dexterity and/or limited strength, since adjustment is accomplished using a simple interface such as a manual crank, a switch (e.g., push-button or touch sensitive), a foot pedal, etc. Embodiments include a self-locking feature wherein the grab bar remains secure at any user-selected position, and adjustment is a simple one-step procedure in that there is no need to disengage a locking mechanism prior to adjusting the grab bar position and/or engage a locking mechanism after adjusting the grab bar position.
