ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR SECURING USABLE DYNAMIC MEMORY AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
An electronic device including an application processor and a communication processor. The communication processor, for managaging a resource memory, configured to monitor an occupancy rate of the resource memory for detecting a memory leakage, release a network connection when the electronic device is in an idle state, in response to the detecting of the memory leakage, initialize the resource memory after the network connection is released, and reconnect the network connection, wherein the idle state indicates a state when the electronic device is not occupied or used by a user, and wherein the initialization is performed at a non-flag area from among the resource memory.
Liquid-resistant acoustic device gasket and membrane assemblies
A liquid-resistant acoustic assembly for an electronic device includes an acoustic device positioned in a housing, a gasket compressed between the acoustic device and the housing, and a liquid-resistant membrane. The liquid-resistant membrane is disposed such that it is isolated from a non-uniform compressive distribution resulting from compression of the gasket. The liquid-resistant membrane may be uncompressed by compression of the gasket or compressed by a different compressive force than the gasket. For example, the liquid-resistant membrane may not be positioned between the gasket and the acoustic device, may be separated from the gasket, may be mounted to a shelf of the gasket or within a gap defined by the gasket, mounted to a stiffener positioned within the gasket, and mounted using other similar configurations.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE, COMMUNICATION DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An electronic device includes a wireless communication unit, a display and a processor. The wireless communication unit is configured to perform wireless communication with a communication device. The processor is configured to perform operations including: performing a plurality of functions of processing data; setting a function restriction mode in which at least one function of the plurality of functions is restricted, according to a user's operation; displaying data input by a user's operation, on the display; detecting whether communication with the communication device by the wireless communication unit is possible; and displaying that the function restriction mode is set, or transmitting information representing that the function restriction mode is set to the communication device, in a case where the function restriction mode is set and communication with the communication device is possible.
Controlling remote electronic device with wearable electronic device
In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a wearable computing device that includes one or more processors and a memory. The memory is coupled to the processors and includes instructions executable by the processors. When executing the instructions, the processors determine whether an application is running on the wearable computing device. The application controls one or more functions of a remote computing device. The processors determine to delegate a task associated with the application; delegate the task to be processed by a local computing device; and receive from the local computing device results from processing the delegated task.
PREDICTIVE WATCH FACE INTERFACE
Systems, methods, and media related to utilizing a wearable device to monitor a remote system include receiving historical data related to operation of a remote system. The historical data includes recorded events occurring in the past. Predictive data is also received. The predictive data relates to operation of the remote system. Moreover, the predictive data includes an indicator of a predicted breach of a condition in the future. The historical and predictive data is displayed on the wearable device along with a graphical indicator for the predicted breach.
Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) Development System and Wearable Device Having the Same
The present invention provides an AIoT development system. The present invention includes: an auxiliary device having an AI edge computing processing function, a core, and a plurality of function expansion kits. The core includes: a processing unit having programmable, computing and AI communication functions; and a plurality of expansion interfaces for performing signal transmission with an external device. Each of the function expansion kits includes: a relay interface connected to the expansion interfaces of the core, a transducer for sensing signals from a test object located at where a corresponding one of the function expansion kits is, and a function circuit for processing the signals sensed by the transducer. The transducer of each of the function expansion kits senses signals, or modulates the sensed signals via the function circuit, and sends the sensed signals or the modulated signals to the processing unit through the relay interface and the expansion interfaces.
Controlling Remote Electronic Device with Wearable Electronic Device
In one embodiment, a method includes displaying functions associated with a remote device at a wearable computing device, wherein the remote device is paired with the wearable computing device, receiving a user input from a user at the wearable computing device, determining intended operations of one or more of the functions by the user based on the user input, sending instructions for executing the intended operations of the one or more of the functions associated with the remote device to the remote device, and displaying execution results of the intended operations of the one or more of the functions associated with the remote device at the wearable computing device.
