MANAGING ACCESS TO PHYSICAL ASSETS BASED ON CAPTURED DIGITAL DATA AND A DATABASE

Techniques for managing access to physical assets based on captured digital data and a database are provided. In one technique, one or more functions in an application that executes on a client device are locked. A smart badge that is associated with healthcare information is then received from a remote server system. In response to receiving the smart badge, the one or more functions are unlocked. After unlocking the one or more functions and in response to user input that selects a particular function of the one or more functions, a request and identification data that pertain to the particular function are transmitted over a computer network.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATION OF A UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION CODE OF AN INDUSTRIAL COMMODITY

Systems and methods thereof, of generating a unique identification code for an industrial commodity. The method includes receiving a user query indicative of at least one constructional and operational characteristic of the commodity, inspecting the user query to determine whether the user query is complete for identification of the commodity, updating the user query based on the inspection, identifying at least one attribute of the commodity from the updated user query, based on a list of predefined attributes of the commodity, mapping the at least one attribute to at least one of predefined attribute types, predefined regional standards, predefined commodity rules, and predefined commodity types, and generating the unique identification code for the commodity, based on the mapping. The predefined attribute types may be a predefined commodity group and a predefined commodity part.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ELECTRONICALLY TRACKING CLIENT DATA
20230222091 · 2023-07-13 ·

Systems and methods electronically tag received data associated with an entity with an electronic tag including an identifier uniquely associated with the entity. The system may electronically store the received data such that the received data is identifiable via the electronic tag. Then, when a request for deletion of all the entity’s data is made by the particular entity, it is fulfilled with much less effort, namely by searching for elements with that entity’s tag. Whenever that data is copied, transformed, or derivative data is made, the system copies the electronic tag with it. Thus, even when the data is copied or modified, it can be more efficiently identified as being associated with the particular entity. In some embodiments, the tagging includes electronically recording an association of the electronic tag with the received data as a transaction on a blockchain, the transaction on the blockchain being associated with the electronic tag and with the received data.

Systems and methods for digital analysis, test, and improvement of customer experience

Disclosed are system and methods for digitally capturing, labeling, and analyzing data representing shared experiences between a service provider and a customer. The shared experience data is used to identify, test, and implement value-added improvements, enhancements, and augmentations to the shared experience and to monitor and ensure the quality of customer service. The improvements can be implemented as customer service process modifications, precision learning and targeted coaching for agents rendering customer service, process compliance monitoring, and as knowledge curation for a knowledge bot software application that facilitates automation of tasks and provides a natural language interface for accessing historical knowledge bases and solutions.

Explanation-driven reasoning engine

A device may receive a request to identify items that satisfy parameters of the request. The device may identify a plurality of items that satisfy the parameters. The device may generate a plurality of explanation sets. An explanation set of the plurality of explanation sets may relate to an item of the plurality of items. The explanation set may include at least one of: a positive explanation indicating that the item is positively associated with a first characteristic that relates to a first preference of a user, or a negative explanation indicating that the item is negatively associated with a second characteristic that relates to a second preference of the user. The device may select an item from the plurality of items based on the plurality of explanation sets. The device may provide information that includes an explanation set of the item selected.

RFID tag in display adapter

An adapter for a tactile display is disclosed. The adapter can be used with a tactile display, such as a display that presents braille characters, to change or modify what is presented to a user. In some embodiments, the braille dots which make up a braille character can be made smaller or larger; spaced closer together or further apart; have a different shape; and/or an image or non-braille characters can be presented to a user of the tactile display using the disclosed adapter.

INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, TERMINAL DEVICE, AND SEARCH METHOD
20220391351 · 2022-12-08 ·

An information processing device (100) has: an acquisition unit (131) which acquires, from a second terminal device (50) of a second user, an encryption search index, which is a search keyword encrypted by searchable encryption using a shared key and a verification key acquired from a first terminal device (10) of a first user who owns a document, and an identifier of the second user who searches for the document; a test unit (132) which checks a database, in which the encrypted-document index of an encrypted keyword of the document generated in the first terminal device (10), an encrypted document associated with the encrypted-document index, and a test key and a re-encryption key corresponding to the second user are registered, and tests the encryption search index by using the test key based on the identifier of the second user; and a generation unit (133, 134) which encrypts the encrypted document, which has been searched for by using the tested encryption search index, by the re-encryption key based on the identifier of the second user to generate a search result.

Communication platform
11574159 · 2023-02-07 · ·

This disclosure relates to a communication system where a user can use a smart phone to scan a tag, such as a QR code, to retrieve a weblink. The weblink is unique and associated with the location of the tag, which may also be the location of an unpersonalised device, such as a video projector or other A/V equipment. Therefore, when the mobile phone connects to the weblink, the webserver can retrieve information associated with this particular unique code. This information is now specific to the location of the tag and may even include information about the unpersonalised device. The operator receives the information when the communication channel is established and therefore knows exactly what the subject of the call will be. Further, the call can be automatically routed to the most appropriate operator without audio menus to be navigated by the user.

System and method for updating a search index

Methods, systems, and programming for updating a search index are described herein. In a non-limiting embodiment, event data representing actions performed on a plurality of content items managed via the search index may be obtained. The event data may be filtered based on pre-determined criteria to generate updated event data, where the updated event data represents relevant actions performed on at least one of the plurality of content items and are associated with the search index. An updated search index based on the updated event data may then be generated.
