Mechanism for Deprecating Object Oriented Data
Techniques are described to allow the deprecation of classes in an object-oriented data model, such as a CDM for a CMDB. When a class is deprecated and replaced by another existing or new class, data associated with instances of the deprecated class may be migrated to the replacement class. A mapping between the deprecated class and its replacement class may be provided to allow existing applications to continue to access data using the deprecated class without change until the deprecated class is finally deleted or the application is updated to use the replacement class. New applications written to use the object-oriented data model after the deprecation may use the replacement class to access data instances created using the original data model.
OBFUSCATING TRAINING DATA
Examples disclosed herein involve obfuscating training data. An example method includes computing a sequence of acoustic features from audio data of training data, the training data comprising the audio data and a corresponding text transcript; mapping the acoustic features to acoustic model states to generate annotated feature vectors, the annotated feature vectors comprising the acoustic features and corresponding context from the text transcript; and providing a randomized sequence of the annotated feature vectors as obfuscated training data to an audio analysis system.
Method and Processes For Securely Autofilling Data Fields in A Software Application
The present invention gives the methods and processes for automatically servicing user driven requests to find place-holder fields, fill them in with relevant data in a secure manner and securely communicating the data related thereto to the appropriate Android™ device and/or application. More particularly, it relates to the methods and processes for authenticated users to automatically obtain and use the correct filled-in data that allows them to access or use any of a multiple number of Android™ applications and/or services at any time.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR INVOKING CODE IN A DIFFERENT PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE
Programmer input in a first programming language is received, the programmer input including i) a built-in function of the first programming language, the built-in function corresponding to generating code for remotely invoking an electronic object deployed, or to be deployed, on a server via a communication network, and ii) a parameter that indicates the electronic object, wherein the code for invoking the electronic object comprises a) code in a second programming language different than the first programming language, or b) code in a markup language interpretable by a web browser. The programmer input is evaluated to: i) generate the code for remotely invoking the electronic object deployed, or to be deployed, on the server, and ii) if the electronic object is not yet deployed on the server, deploy the electronic object on the server. The code for remotely invoking the electronic object is generated for inclusion in a file corresponding to a web page or a program written in the second programming language.
ELECTRONIC FILE GENERATION APPARATUS, ELECTRONIC FILE GENERATION METHOD, NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM FOR STORING SETTING REGIONS AND ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS.
The electronic file generation apparatus according to the present invention is configured to set up hyperlinks and anchors in setting regions so as to have the same lower level segments of names, and then to change the setting regions in such a manner so as to execute one-round replacements of only higher level segments of names of the anchors and the hyperlinks in different electronic files. During the process of one-round replacements, the lower level segments of names are copied onto, the lower level segments of names of another file. Finally, the anchors and the hyperlinks in different setting region coincide with each other only by simply combining/coupling a plurality of electronic files into one file. Thereby allowing users to make verbatim cross-references among different contents.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING DOCUMENTS ON THE BASIS OF AN INDEX
A system and method for automatically generating at least one document, in particular of procuration type intended for authorizing an agent to carry out an action on behalf of a client, the method includes: a step of selecting values of a first parameter and of a second parameter in such a way as to form a generation context; a step of consulting the static index so as to obtain the virtual document or the pre-finalized document in the PDF format associated with said generation context; in the case of a virtual document, a step of requesting from a database the page layout and the paragraphs pointed at by the virtual document obtained; and a step of generating said document in an electronic format, containing the paragraphs returned by said request and the page layout returned by said request.
Remote Creation of a Playback Queue for a Future Event
Example embodiments involve remote creation of a playback queue for an event. An example implementation involves a cloud computing system receiving, from a first mobile device, one or more messages representing an instruction to create a playlist for an event. In response, the system creates the playlist in data storage. The system sends, to multiple second mobile devices, one or more respective invitations to the event, wherein each invitation indicates: a time and date for the event and a link to a web interface including controls to add audio tracks to the playlist for the event. The system receives respective sets of input data, each set indicating audio tracks selected via the web interface on a respective second mobile device and, in response, adds the respective audio tracks to the playlist. During the event, the system causes the playlist to be queued in a queue of a media playback system.
VISUAL RECOGNITION USING SOCIAL LINKS
System, method and architecture for providing improved visual recognition by modeling visual content, semantic content and an implicit social network representing individuals depicted in a collection of content, such as visual images, photographs, etc., which network may be determined based on co-occurrences of individuals represented by the content, and/or other data linking the individuals. In accordance with one or more embodiments, using images as an example, a relationship structure may comprise an implicit structure, or network, determined from co-occurrences of individuals in the images. A kernel jointly modeling content, semantic and social network information may be built and used in automatic image annotation and/or determination of relationships between individuals, for example.
System and Method of Embedding and Launching a Form From Third-Party Knowledge Content
In the field of government engagement management, for users of an employee desktop web client, it is now possible, within the web client application, to search and read articles and/or knowledge content that has been authored to external locations. Due to this integration to external, third-party applications, content and/or articles can be displayed to an agent on the employee desktop web client graphical user interface. Agents can enter free text into a specific search field and review the results in summary form, and then select an article in HTML format to progress the current interaction with the client. An additional feature extending from this capability is to add an amount of coding to external knowledge content websites that are owned and/or operated by the owner of the system such that when the website is viewed through the third-party integration module, a button or icon appears within the website that when selected takes the agent to an appropriate form. This button or icon does not appear when the website is viewed outside of the system. This functionality adds value to the agent experience and enables the agent to provide an improved service to the end client. Results may be filtered by the search engine as well. Moreover, this system and method improves the operation of the computer in that the computer running such a system in the past was not able to integrate in such a fashion in a web client format. This system and method also enables an agent to handle calls with the web client more efficiently, and allows agents on the web client to automatically classify.
SEMANTIC DATABASE DRIVEN FORM VALIDATION
Embodiments of the present invention provide a means for validating electronic forms using one or more semantic databases. The invention includes processing an electronic form into individual elements and generating entities for the individual elements. The closest matching ontology is found for each entity and the pairings are grouped into a general formal ontology tree. The entities in the general formal ontology tree are traversed using generated rules. This analysis yields validation results that are combined with the original form to create an annotated form.
