METHODS FOR WEB-TO-PRINT MULTIPLE OVERFLOW PAGINATION
Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for handling multiple overflows of content during pagination of a web document. A first tree representing a web document is obtained. A first page element including one or more elements of the first tree is generated, where the elements include a first Document Object Model (DOM) element. Coordinates of the first DOM element within the first page element are calculated. A first context associated with the first DOM element is pushed onto a context stack. An overflow of the first DOM element is detected in relation to the first page element based, at least in part, on the coordinates. Responsive to detecting the overflow, the context stack is added to an overflow list and the first page element is modified such that the first DOM element or portion thereof is removed from the first page element. A second page element is generated based, at least in part, on the overflow list such that the second page element includes the first DOM element.
Method and production apparatus for producing personalized printed end products
The invention relates to producing personalized printed end products which have in each case a printed product collection and at least one personalized printed product by creating (S1) end product specifications which define in each case at least one personalized printed end product, creating (S2) sales orders on the basis of end product specifications, wherein a sales order defines at least one sequence of printed product collections, initiating (S3) the process of creating and creating (S4) digital print orders on the basis of end product specifications and sales orders, wherein a digital print order defines at least one personalized printed product, producing (S5) printed product collections in accordance with the sales orders, producing (S6) personalized printed products in accordance with the digital print orders, and producing (S7) personalized printed end products from the produced printed product collections and personalized printed products.
Print Interface Technology Agnostic Data Loss Prevention Through Print Operations
Print operations are monitored and a DLP policy is applied, independently of the print interface technology used by applications that initiate print operations. A DLP component monitors for and detects print drivers being loaded into the print spooler. When a print driver is loaded, the print spooler creates a corresponding driver object, which is intercepted. The instantiated driver object creates multiple device objects to carry out various print functions. The device object print functions of interest are intercepted. Attempts to send text to the printer at a print driver level by intercepted device object functions are monitored, and application level context information is identified, such as the associated 0user. The DLP policy is applied to monitored attempts to send text to the printer at the print driver level, taking into account application level context information and the specific text of the monitored attempt.
Advanced java dump analysis
An approach is provided in which an information handling system identifies a data type description corresponding a view selection initiated by a user. The view selection is selected from multiple view selections and corresponds to a set of dump data generated by a dump event. The information handling system locates a set of candidate data in the set of dump data based on the data type description and converts the set of candidate data into a set of markup language representations. In turn, the information handling system displays the set of markup language representations to the user on a display.
PROGRAM, METHOD, AND DEVICE FOR GENERATING JOB DATA
There is provided a non-transitory recording medium storing a computer readable program causing one or more processor to execute a command, the command including: receiving a job setting screen content from an external information processing apparatus; generating a job setting screen based on the job setting screen content; receiving input on the job setting screen; generating setting data for the information processing apparatus based on the input on the job setting screen; generating job data for causing the information processing apparatus to execute predetermined processing based on the setting data; and transmitting, the job data to the information processing apparatus.
Control device configured to cause print executing unit to print and non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing computer readable instructions for control device
A control device receives an email including a header part and a body part. A first file image represented by a first file is inserted in the body part. In a case where the body part includes a text different from the first file image, the control device supplies first print data for printing a first print image on a first print medium to the print executing unit. The first print image includes the text, the first file image, and header information which is at least a part of information included in the header part. In a case where the body part does not include the text, the control device supplies second print data for printing a second print image on a second print medium to the print executing unit. The second print image includes the file image but does not include the header information.
Printer device, control method for a printer device, information processing apparatus, control method for an information processing apparatus, and storage medium therefor
Provided is a technology including a printer device configuration information generation unit configured to transmit, to the terminal apparatus as an attribute value of an IPP attribute, when the IPP attribute is inquired by a terminal apparatus, information (for example, a URL) for accessing a storage area for storing IPP-undefined printer device configuration information (option XML file) regarding the printer device, to thereby allow the terminal apparatus to acquire the option XML file.
Printing apparatus, controlling method therefor, and storage medium
A printing apparatus includes a non-volatile memory and a management unit that performs management in a case of using the non-volatile memory as a spool buffer for print data. The management unit includes a first derivation unit that derives a first life time consumption rate of the non-volatile memory based on the cumulative number of printed sheets of print media printed with a printing unit, and a second derivation unit that derives a second life time consumption rate of the non-volatile memory based on the number of times of rewriting operations of the non-volatile memory. The management unit controls a capacity allocated to a spool buffer to be defined in the non-volatile memory based on a result of comparison between the second life time consumption rate and the first life time consumption rate.
