An image processing apparatus includes a processor configured to: in response to a prior print instruction, impose multiple pieces of prior image data to a subset of multiple imposition regions of a continuous paper sheet that is enabled to be imposed with the prior image data in response to the prior print instruction; and in response to a subsequent print instruction, impose subsequent image data to an unplanned region that is not imposed with the prior image data, from among the imposition regions serving as targets of imposition after the prior print instruction.

A non-transitory computer readable medium stores a printing processing program that causes a controller of a terminal device to execute a process for printing. The terminal device is connectable to a printing apparatus and including the controller and an operation unit. The printing apparatus is configured to print on a long printing medium to produce a printed matter. The process includes receiving a selection of a background image, determining whether the selected background image is a pattern image or a non-pattern image, in a case where the background image is the pattern image, not changing scale of the image pattern regardless of a width of the long printing medium and outputting printing data including background image data to the printing apparatus.

An information processing apparatus includes: a display controller; a letter-size setting section that sets a letter size of a letter string over a plurality of lines which has been entered through an edit screen; and a print controller that prints the letter string in the letter size set by the letter-size setting section. The letter-size setting section can differently set letter sizes of the letter string. When a line feed operation is performed at a head or end of an n-th line through the edit screen, a letter size of the n-th line preset in accordance with a user's designation, the letter-size setting section sets a letter size of one of the n-th line and an (n+1)-th line after the line feed operation so that a length of letter string over the plurality of lines is equal to or shorter than a length of the printable area.

A printing apparatus includes a data reception unit configured to receive print data and authentication information from an information processing apparatus outside the printing apparatus, an input reception unit configured to receive input of the authentication information from a user, a printing unit configured to perform printing based on the print data; and a control unit configured to control a cut unit configured to cut a print medium. The printing unit performs predetermined printing based on the print data, based on received authentication information and the input authentication information. The control unit causes the cut unit to cut the print medium including a portion where the predetermined printing has been performed, based on received authentication information and the authentication information input after start of the predetermined printing.

An image forming apparatus according to the present disclosure includes: a hardware processor configured to control an image former on a basis of a job pertaining to a printing execution command. The hardware processor is configured to divide the job pertaining to the printing execution command into a plurality of shortjobs, and configured to stop conveyance of the roll sheet and forcibly eject degraded toner from a developing device of the image former at a pause timing between short jobs temporally adjacent to each other among the plurality of short jobs; and the hardware processor sets a job content of each of the plurality of short jobs such that an image of a printing target is inverted upside down for each job switching of the plurality of short jobs.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium stores instructions. The instructions cause the information processing apparatus to perform operations. The operations including: displaying a preview screen that indicates a print media having a certain width in a first direction; receiving a first input for designating a first object, the first object having a first object width in the first direction; disposing the first object in the preview screen; receiving a second input for designating a second object, the second object having a second object width in the first direction; comparing the second object width with a difference between the certain width and the first object width; in response to the comparing, modifying each of the first object and the second object such that sum of the first object width and the second object width corresponds to the certain width.

An information processing apparatus includes a selector and a sender. The selector receives plural print jobs and selects, from among templates applicable to a printer, a template to which each of the plural print jobs is allocated in accordance with a paper size specified in a corresponding print job and a size of continuous-form paper set in the printer. The sender allocates the plural print jobs to the corresponding templates selected by the selector, integrates some of the print jobs together, and then sends an integrated print job to the printer.
