A processing method and system of cloud broadcasting and printing data, relating to the field of information security. When receiving a service obtaining request, a server processes first data in the service obtaining request into printing and broadcasting data, processes the printing and broadcasting data into first verifying data and then sends the first verifying data to a cloud broadcasting and printing service platform. The cloud broadcasting and printing service platform processes the first verifying data into second verifying data and then sends the second verifying data to a cloud broadcasting and printing all-in-one machine. The cloud broadcasting and printing all-in-one machine processes the second verifying data into printing and broadcasting data, and extracts printing information and broadcasting information from the printing and broadcasting data at a time and performs broadcasting and printing respectively.

First and second printing apparatus are in an intranet and a bibliography server connected to the Internet. The bibliography server being configured to manage bibliographic information of print data. The first printing apparatus acquire a list of print data from the bibliography server, when an instruction to print out print data included in the list is received from a user with an operating unit of the first printing apparatus, sends identification information for identifying the print data to the second printing apparatus and when a print request is received, prints out print data included in the received print request. The second printing apparatus sends bibliographic information of print data received from an external apparatus to the bibliography server; and sends a print request containing the print data identified by the identification information to the first printing apparatus.

A user requests a plurality of content feeds. Content associated with the content feeds is periodically retrieved and converted to a print format. Contents associated with the content feeds are stored in the print format. Indications corresponding to the content feeds are provided to a network connected printer and displayed on a user interface thereof, including an indication that new content is available in the print format.

The direct marketing system and method is disclosed that receives information from two parties, referred to as the sending party and the receiving party, and delivers a message or advertisement between the two. The message is then immediately printed on the receiving party's printer, and a small fee is paid by the sending party. A server includes a server storage that stores a print job related information record in which a print job ID is associated with network information, a first acquirer that acquires a print request, a transmitter that transmits a print instruction to a terminal device based on the stored network information associated with the print job ID included in the print request acquired by the first acquirer, a second acquirer that acquires print job information from the terminal device, and an updater that updates, based on the acquired print job information, the stored print job related information record including the print job ID included in the print job information acquired by the second acquirer.

A policy-based printing system is implemented to allow access to a private domain to print using a public domain. The private domain includes private servers that store documents. The public domain includes servers and a printing device. A public policy server uses a domain list and a protocol connection with a private authentication server to validate a user and identify which private domain to access. The public policy server retrieves a policy from a private policy server that configures the parameters for printing using the public domain. The print job data is provided to a public file server until the public policy server confirms that the print job can be sent to the printing device.

A cloud-based server and a port monitor on a device provide authentication of a user to access print jobs on the server. An application may print or perform other operations from the cloud-based server to a printing device. The port monitor uploads data for a document to the cloud-based server. Once the data for the document is uploaded, a claim code is generated by the cloud-based server. The port monitor receives the claim code. The port monitor initiates the launch of a browser having a uniform resource locator (URL) address for the server along with the claim code. The user is authenticated using a login page and the claim code associated to the user to allow access to the document on the server.

A server includes a server storage that stores a print job related information record in which a print job ID is associated with network information, a first acquirer that acquires a print request, a transmitter that transmits a print instruction to a terminal device based on the stored network information associated with the print job ID included in the print request acquired by the first acquirer, a second acquirer that acquires print job information from the terminal device, and an updater that updates, based on the acquired print job information, the stored print job related information record including the print job ID included in the print job information acquired by the second acquirer.

By allowing a person to customize an otherwise common media prior to delivery of the media to a recipient on a regular basis it is possible to deliver professionally created media in a personalized manner. In one embodiment, a magazine subscription is delivered monthly to a recipient and the cover (centerfold, back page) contains content provided by the initiator. In another embodiment, video media delivered to the recipient is created by a professional as a universal offering but content, such as photos, videos, text, is added by the initiator prior to delivery.

To more appropriately acquire information in Generic Attribute Profile (GATT) data, a control method includes acquiring, upon establishment of a second connection between a communication apparatus and an information processing apparatus through Bluetooth® Low Energy, at least a part of information indicating a structure of GATT data included in the communication apparatus until an area in which a predetermined type of information is stored in the GATT data included in the communication apparatus becomes identifiable, and acquiring the predetermined type of information based on at least a part of the information indicating the structure of the GATT data included in the communication apparatus.
