Removable memory card with efficient card lock mechanism and pads layout
A memory card is provided with various pad layouts to prevent a data signal pad from contacting a power contact in a host during insertion and removal of the memory card. The memory card can have a form factor and features that accommodate a relatively-large memory with relatively-high performance and accompanying thermal conditions. An ejecting mechanism provides an ejecting executing portion driven by an ejecting driving portion for pushing a secondary machine out of a primary machine and for separating a secondary connector and a primary connector connected to each other. It allows the secondary machine to be ejected out of the primary machine automatically and prevents damage of the secondary connector and the primary connector caused by applying an external pulling force on the secondary machine directly. Furthermore, when a first external force overcomes a resilient driving force to push the secondary machine into a slot, the ejecting executing portion contacting with the secondary machine swings toward a rear end of a connecting surface of the primary connector. Additionally, an ejecting locking portion moving with the swing of the ejecting executing portion can be locked by a locking executing portion, such that the automatic ejection of the secondary machine is restrained.

In a card connector, a main body has a plugging space formed therein and used to locate terminals of a terminal set, two sliding members of a sliding mechanism are movably disposed on two sides of the terminal set in the plugging space, respectively, and each sliding member has a supporting part protruded on a side thereof and extended into the plugging space, and elastic members are abutted between sides of the two sliding members and two opposite sidewalls of the plugging space, respectively; a terminal of a guiding rod is slid along a guiding groove, and other terminal of the guiding rod is inserted through the main body; a push plate of a shielding housing is abutted with the guiding rod, so that a preset electronic card can be stably inserted into or ejected out of the plugging space through the two sliding member.

Connector device having multi-receiving part
Various examples of the present invention relate to a connector device having a multi-receiving part, the connector device enabling a SIM card and an SD card having different sizes to be individually or simultaneously mounted by using one tray, thereby increasing the spatial usability of an electronic device, having advantages in terms of outline design, saving manufacturing costs, and increasing the usability of the electronic device. Various examples, in addition to the examples disclosed in the present invention, are possible.
CONNECTOR DEVICE HAVING MULTI-RECEIVING PART
Various examples of the present invention relate to a connector device having a multi-receiving part, the connector device enabling a SIM card and an SD card having different sizes to be individually or simultaneously mounted by using one tray, thereby increasing the spatial usability of an electronic device, having advantages in terms of outline design, saving manufacturing costs, and increasing the usability of the electronic device. Various examples, in addition to the examples disclosed in the present invention, are possible.
Tray
A tray is insertable forward in a front-rear direction into a connector main of a card connector. The tray has a first card accommodation portion and a second card accommodation portion. The first card accommodation portion is positioned at a position different from a position of the second card accommodation portion in an up-down direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction. The first card accommodation portion has a first elastic beam portion, a first facing portion and a first bulge. The second card accommodation portion has a second elastic beam portion, a second facing portion, and a second bulge. The first elastic beam portion and the second elastic beam portion are positioned at positions different from each other in the front-rear direction. The first elastic beam portion and the second elastic beam portion are elastically deformable independently of each other.
Button assembly
A button assembly of the present invention is configured in a communication equipment. The button assembly includes a button, a tray and at least an elastic arm. A side of the button is recessed inward to form a holding space. At least an inner side wall of the holding space is recessed to form a clamping groove. The tray is disposed in the holding space. The elastic arm has a fixing portion mounted on a side wall of the tray. The fixing portion is extended frontward and is protruded outward to form a contact part. The contact part is extended frontward and outward to form a clamping part disposed in the clamping groove. The clamping groove and the elastic arm are disposed to provide the button and the tray to be fixed or disengaged, achieving an effect of saving space in assembling of internal components of the communication equipment.
BUTTON ASSEMBLY
A button assembly of the present invention is configured in a communication equipment. The button assembly includes a button, a tray and at least an elastic arm. A side of the button is recessed inward to form a holding space. At least an inner side wall of the holding space is recessed to form a clamping groove. The tray is disposed in the holding space. The elastic arm has a fixing portion mounted on a side wall of the tray. The fixing portion is extended frontward and is protruded outward to form a contact part. The contact part is extended frontward and outward to form a clamping part disposed in the clamping groove. The clamping groove and the elastic arm are disposed to provide the button and the tray to be fixed or disengaged, achieving an effect of saving space in assembling of internal components of the communication equipment.
