In response to detection of the separator information from the print data including the separator information inserted thereinto that is sequentially input from the inserter, the sort controller performs control to sort a printout of a print data portion after the detected separator information from a printout of a print data portion before the detected separator information.

A system prints a document by generating a device-dependent font that is appropriate for the document and the print device. The system does this by identifying a font for the document, identifying an affine transformation matrix for the font, using the device resolution and current page location of the print device to modify the affine transformation matrix to yield a current transformation matrix, adding a reverse of the current transformation matrix to the affine transformation matrix to yield a modified font matrix, and generate a print file using the modified font matrix. The print device then uses the print file print the document with a font corresponding to the modified font matrix.

A method and system for rendering rectangle drawing objects using a clip region are provided. For at least a first rectangle drawing object and a second rectangle drawing object, a determination is made if the first rectangle drawing object and the second rectangle drawing object satisfy a predetermined condition. If the predetermined condition is satisfied, one-line raster image data associated with the first and second rectangle drawing objects is generated, and a clip region corresponding to the first and second rectangle drawing objects is generated. Subsequently, the one-line raster image data may be used together with the clip region to fill a clipped drawing region corresponding to the first and second rectangle drawing objects.

The method includes intersecting a clip polygon with a source image, determining destination coordinates of the clip polygon, rasterizing the clip polygon, determining a bounding box, dividing the bounding box into a plurality of logical destination tiles, processing the destination tiles to determine coordinates of source tiles corresponding to each of the destination tiles and performing rotation processing of the source tiles, wherein each tile is processed independently.
