The instructions are configured to, when executed by the hardware processor, cause the hardware processor to perform one or more printing processes. Each printing process includes, after obtaining a data selection instruction via the user interface, obtaining a print instruction corresponding to the data selection instruction via the user interface. Each printing process further includes starting generating the print data using target image data selected based on the data selection instruction, after obtaining the data selection instruction and before obtaining the print instruction. Each printing process further includes, even after the print data has been generated, not starting providing the print data until obtaining the print instruction, but starting providing the print data to the printing device after obtaining the print instruction.

An image forming apparatus has a user authentication function of performing user authentication and permitting login by a registered user registered in advance. The apparatus includes a communicator, a receiver, a detector, and an image former. The communicator communicates with an external device storing print data of the registered user. The receiver receives the print data sent from the external device. The detector detects whether or not the registered user is logged in. The image former prints an image associated with the print data of the registered user on a recording medium when the detector detects that the registered user is logged in and the receiver receives the print data of the logged-in registered user.

An image forming apparatus includes a controller configured to obtain PJL data via a data interface, obtain filter data via the data interface, store the obtained filter data in a non-volatile memory, the filter data associating non-target PJL data with target PJL data, the non-target PJL data being PJL data not intended for causing the image forming apparatus to a particular process, the target PJL data being PJL data intended for causing the image forming apparatus to perform the particular process, and when the obtained PJL data is the non-target PJL data associated with the target PJL data in the filter data stored in the non-volatile memory, convert the obtained PJL data into the target PJL data associated with the non-target PJL data in the filter data stored in the non-volatile memory.

A document is received and one or more text fragments are identified on a rendered page of the document. A wrapping region collection is generated, comprising one or more wrapping regions. A tabular, narrative and label score is generated for each wrapping region. A block type is assigned to each wrapping region based on the scores. A wrapping region group and a block set are generated. One or more tables are generated based on text fragments corresponding to one of the one or more blocks. The text fragments are organized into corresponding fields of the one or more tables.

The computing device can generate an output based on the EODS.
