SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SALES EXECUTION ENVIRONMENT
20230047869 · 2023-02-16 ·

Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage mediums are provided for facilitating a task in a retail commerce environment. A request to facilitate performance of a commerce-related task is sent. In response to receiving the request, a task flow including an execution sequence for services associated with the commerce-related task is coordinated. The services are invoked in order according to the execution sequence. Rules and events associated with the services are triggered. Information is routed between rules, events, and services to facilitate completion of the commerce-related task. The services are maintained and customizations are administered to the services. A result of the performance of the commerce-related task is rendered.

A method for capturing user workflows can include tracking user queries for a plurality of users, correlating the user queries between two or more users of the plurality of users, determining that the user queries of the two or more users of the plurality of users are correlated, and classifying the user queries of the at least two users as a workflow neighbor. The workflow neighbor defines a set of time series data or features.

REPEATING PATTERN DETECTION WITHIN USAGE RECORDINGS OF ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION TO FACILITATE REPRESENTATION THEREOF

Improved techniques for examining a plurality of distinct recordings pertaining to user interactions with one or more software applications, where each recording concerns performing at least one task. The examined recordings can be processed such that the recordings can be organized and/or rendered in a consolidated manner which facilitates user's understanding of higher-level operations being performed by the examined recordings to carry out the associated task. As one embodiment, a robotic process automation system can, for example, operate to: acquire a plurality of recordings, the recordings include a series of user interactions with one or more application programs, the recordings being acquired via the robotic process automation system; identify repeating sequences of user interactions within the recordings; select at least one of the identified repeating sequences that occurs more often; create a first level pattern for the selected at least one of the identified repeating sequences; and associate a descriptive label to the first level pattern created for the selected at least one of the identified repeating sequences.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ANALYZING PROCESS FLOWS FOR A PROCESS PERFORMED BY USERS

The present disclosure relates to a method for determining optimal process flow (107) for a process performed by users (101) in a computing system. The method comprises receiving plurality of keystroke level events for each of plurality of process flows associated with the process, performed by plurality of users (101). Further, the method comprises determining one or more subtasks (105) for each of the plurality of process flows (102). A subtask comprises a set of events occurring together in the plurality of keystroke level events (103). Furthermore, the method comprises grouping one or more process flows from the plurality of process flows (102) to form one or more clusters (106), based on the one or more subtasks (105). Each cluster comprises the one or more process flows with similar subtasks. Thereafter, the method comprises determining an optimal process flow (107) in each cluster.

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION SUPPORTING HIERARCHICAL REPRESENTATION OF RECORDINGS
20230053260 · 2023-02-16 ·

Improved techniques for examining a plurality of distinct recordings pertaining to user interactions with one or more software applications, where each recording concerns performing at least one task. The examined recordings can be processed such that the recordings can be organized and/or rendered in a consolidated manner which facilitates user's understanding of higher-level operations being performed by the examined recordings to carry out the associated task. Advantageously, the improved techniques enable a robotic process automation (RPA) system to recognize and represent repetitive tasks within multiple recordings as multi-level (e.g., hierarchical) patterns of steps, sub-tasks, or some combination thereof. In doing so, a RPA system can identify and define such patterns within recordings and can also accommodate variants in such patterns. The resulting multi-level representation of the recordings allows users to better understand and visualize what tasks or sub-tasks are being carried out by portions of the recordings.

A system, method, and apparatus for implementing workflows across multiple differing systems and devices is provided herein. During operation, a workflow is automatically generated based upon a high probability of overloading resources with a current workflow. In particular, a workstation (or server) detects a high probability that a resource will be overloaded if a particular trigger is implemented. The workstation (or server) then determines an alternate trigger to reduce the chances that a resource will be overloaded. The alternate trigger and action can then be implemented or suggested as a newly-created workflow.

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR MANAGING HUMAN AND ROBOTIC TASKS
20230050430 · 2023-02-16 ·

Improved techniques for combining human tasks and robotic tasks in an organized manner to define an automation workflow process. A workflow process platform can assist a developer in creating an automation workflow process, and/or manage performance of an automation workflow process. The improved techniques enable a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) system to support programmatically combining various robotic tasks with human actions to provide an interrelated relationship of both human tasks and automated tasks.

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR MANAGING HUMAN, ROBOTIC AND EXTERNAL TASKS

Improved techniques for combining human tasks with robotic tasks and/or external tasks in an organized manner to define an automation workflow process for use by a software automation system. A workflow process platform can assist a developer in creating an automation workflow process and/or managing performance of an automation workflow process. The automation workflow process can carry out a process, such as a business process, by interrelating human tasks performed by users with robotic tasks performed by computing machines or external tasks performed by applications (e.g., local or cloud-based). The workflow process platform can be network-based and utilize various users and computing machines that are affiliated with different groups (e.g., teams, departments) of an organization. Advantageously, the improved techniques can enable automation of business processes using various persons, robotic agents and/or applications in an organized and controlled manner.

A system, method, and apparatus for implementing workflows across multiple differing systems and devices are provided herein. During operation a workflow is automatically generated upon the detection of new signage. In particular, a workflow server will detect the presence of new signage in a particular area. The new signage will be analyzed, and an appropriate trigger and action will be determined based on the new signage. The appropriate trigger and action will then be implemented as a newly-created workflow.
