SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MATCHING ELECTRONIC ACTIVITIES WITH RECORD OBJECTS BASED ON ENTITY RELATIONSHIPS
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for matching electronic activities with record objects based on entity relationships. The method can include accessing a plurality of electronic activities, identifying an electronic activity, identifying a first participant associated with a first entity and a second participant associated with a second entity, determining whether a record object identifier is included in the electronic activity, identifying a first record object of the system of record that includes an instance of the record object identifier, and storing an association between the electronic activity and the first record object. The method can include determining a second record object corresponding to the second entity, identifying, using a matching policy, a third record object linked to the second record object and identifying a third entity, and storing, by the one or more processors, an association between the electronic activity and the third record object.
ELECTRONIC CALENDAR SELECTION
An apparatus is provided for selecting an electronic calendar from a plurality of available electronic calendars for saving of an event for a user. The apparatus comprises a data storage storing user-specific inferences pertaining to the user; and a calendar suggestion module. The calendar suggestion module is configured to: apply semantic analysis to an indication of an event received at the apparatus; access the data storage to identify a user-specific inference that is relevant to the received event based on the semantic analysis; and using the relevant user-specific inference, select a calendar from the plurality of calendars to which the event should be stored. A corresponding method and computer program are also provided.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD
An information processing device includes a controller, a ride detection device configured to detect a ride of a user, a storage device configured to store action data of the user, an output device configured to output question data for requesting an answer from the user, and an input device configured to receive an input from the user. The controller outputs, from the output device, output data including at least a question regarding an action of the user taken before riding in a vehicle in accordance with positional information of the vehicle when detecting the ride of the user based on a signal acquired from the ride detection device, acquires an answer to the question from the user as input data via the input device, and associates the input data with the positional information of the vehicle or a POI to store the associated data in a storage device.
PRE-CODED AUTOMATIC DOCKETING
Various embodiments disclosed relate to a method of sorting and coding incoming docket tasks and items. The present disclosure includes methods and systems for analyzing and associate pre-codes with incoming electronic communications. In a method of docketing, an electronic communication can be received, a first pre-code can be identified, a second pre-code can be automatically selected and associated with the electronic communication, and the electronic communication can be sent to a docketing system.
SCREEN SHARE FEATURE FOR ONLINE MEETINGS
In one aspect, an example methodology implementing the disclosed techniques includes, by a computing device, storing one or more encrypted files that are to be presented during an online meeting and receiving an acceptance to an invitation of the online meeting by at least one invitee of the online meeting. The method also includes, by the computing device, responsive to the acceptance of the online meeting invitation by the at least one invitee, sending the one or more encrypted files that are to be presented during the online meeting, wherein the invitee is prevented from accessing contents of the one or more encrypted files prior to a start of the online meeting.

An online meeting system begins the process of connecting a user to an online meeting when the user enters a prejoin dialog for choosing meeting settings, rather than waiting until the user chooses to actually join the meeting after entering settings. Starting the meeting connection process at this time allows a shorter perceived connection time to the meeting and thus reduces user frustration with the meeting system.

Method and apparatus for a power-efficient framework to maintain data synchronization of a mobile personal computer to simulate a connected scenario
An apparatus and method for a power-efficient framework to maintain data synchronization of a mobile personal computer (MPC) are described. In one embodiment, the method includes the detection of a data synchronization wakeup event while the MPC is operating according to a sleep state. Subsequent to wakeup event, at least one system resource is disabled to provide a minimum number of system resources required to re-establish a network connection. In one embodiment, user data from a network server is synchronized on the MPC without user intervention; the mobile platform system resumes operation according to the sleep state. In one embodiment, a wakeup alarm is programmed according to a user history profile regarding received e-mails. In a further embodiment, data synchronizing involves disabling a display, and throttling the system processor to operate at a reduced frequency. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
