MEDICAL TEST RESULTS AND IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system and method that enables users to provide authenticated medical records (e.g., vaccination records, viral anti-body test results, etc.) to a third-party (e.g., a venue) to gain access to the third-party is provided. In this way, the third party may confirm that the user is sufficiently immune to a particular disease (e.g., COVID-19) and may thereby minimize the threat of the user introducing the contagious disease to the third party. The system includes a biometric data recognition system that authenticates the identity of a user, a medical records acquisition system that acquires the medical records of the authenticated user, and a system for the displaying or otherwise providing the medical records to the third-party for review. The system also includes a system identification card that includes the user's contact information, alphanumeric characters associated with the user's driver's license number, medical records of the user, and other elements.
TECHNIQUES TO GENERATE AND STORE CHARACTERISTICS OF A SIGNATURE ON A TRANSACTION CARD CIRCUIT
Various embodiments are generally directed to techniques to perform transaction with transaction cards utilizing characteristics of customer's signature. Techniques may further include determining characteristics of a signature including a reduced set of data points for the signature and storing the characteristics in secure memory of transaction card.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SECONDARY MERCHANT CARD DELIVERY
A computing system for secondary merchant card delivery is provided. The computing system may include a processor coupled to a memory to execute secondary merchant card delivery using a secondary merchant card delivery agent of a mobile unit and a merchant card system of an ATM machine in communication with a networked server node. The processor may be operable to receive a user request using the merchant card agent and to send the user request to a server having a merchant card module. In addition, the processor may be operable to initiate a first security protocol and to generate, in response to verified security approval, a merchant card profile. Further, the processor may be operable to send the merchant card profile to the ATM merchant card system, whereby the processor is operable to generate a signal for initiation of generation of the secondary merchant card and dispense the same to the user.
PEER-TO-PEER PREPAID CARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A method for peer-to-peer prepaid card accounts can create a prepaid card that can receive donations through a QR code disposed on the physical card. Restrictions can also be placed on the card to control where or how the funds may be used. The method can, in response to receiving a request at a card management service to create an account, obtain account information, wherein the account information comprises a user name, an account number, a QR code image, and optionally a biometric data. The account information can be stored as a card account for the user, which is funded by receiving a payment from a second party using the QR code. Then, when a card holder uses the card for a transaction, the card management service can function as an issuer to authorize its use.

PAYMENT APPLICATION INITIATED GENERATION OF PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS
In some examples, a system and method for generating a payment instrument are described. The method includes receiving a unique signature that a recipient intends to associate with the payment instrument; verifying that the received feature meets an acceptability criterion; generating a representation of the received signature, wherein the representation is in a form capable of being physically associated with the payment instrument, and wherein association is established by embedding or exposing the representation on the payment instrument; and causing physical generation of the payment instrument having associated therewith the representation of the signature.

Various embodiments are generally directed to techniques to perform transaction with transaction cards utilizing characteristics of customer's signature. Techniques may further include determining characteristics of a signature including a reduced set of data points for the signature and storing the characteristics in secure memory of transaction card. The transaction card including the characteristics are used to perform transactions, such as those performed at Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONDITIONALLY GIFTING FUNDS
Described herein are examples of gift card management systems that provide gift cards that must be activated prior to being used in a transaction. In some examples, a purchaser may be refunded some or all of a purchase price for the gift card when the gift card is not activated. In some examples, the activation may additionally include certain safeguards to prevent fraud.
