Smart building system for integrating and automating property management and resident services in multi-dwelling unit buildings
A method for converting a legacy building into a smart building. The method including calculating a distance between a first connection point and a second connection point; creating a cable having a first length based on the distance between the first connection point and the second connection point; installing a demarcation point; installing a plurality of systems; connecting the demarcation point and a system using the cable, to create a smart building system; connecting the smart building system to a portal; and testing the connection of the smart building system to the portal.

A smart alarm module includes a connector terminal adapted to provide not more than five conductive paths from a fused box and an audio device of the vehicle to the smart alarm module, a CAN bus interface adapted to make connection to the CAN bus of the vehicle to detect communication protocol, a microcontroller adapted to arm the smart alarm module in response to the information received from the remote controller to provide the smart alarm module judgment operation based on the received information, a sensor adapted to quantized shock waves applied to the vehicle and to feed a first activating signal to the microprocessor when the quantized values exceeds a predetermined value, a power supply regulator providing power to the CAN bus interface, microprocessor, and sensor of the smart alarm module, and an output interface adapted to sound the audio device in response to output signal from the microprocessor.
TRANSPORT COMPONENT TAMPER DETECTION
An example operation includes one or more of determining a first output impedance of a first electronic control unit, determining a second output impedance of a second electronic control unit in response to the first output impedance is outside of a range of a first threshold of the first electronic control unit, and notifying in response to a difference between the second output impedance and a second threshold of the second electronic control unit is less than a further difference between the first output impedance and the first threshold.
CONTROL METHOD FOR PREVENTING ACCIDENTAL TRIGGERING OF REMOTE CONTROL KEY OF AUTOMOBILE, AND AUTOMOBILE
The invention pertains to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly provides a control method for preventing accidental triggering of a remote control key of an automobile, and an automobile. The invention is to solve the problem of a corresponding function being triggered due to an accidental press on an existing remote control key of an automobile. To this end, the remote control key of the automobile according to the invention includes a remote control button, where the control method includes: receiving a press signal from the remote control button; determining the number of press signals; and selectively enabling a function of a remote control instruction of the automobile based on the number of press signals. The invention does not rely on a hardware design, but uses a software-based strategy to prevent a corresponding function of a remote control instruction from being enabled when an accidental press on the remote control key button of the automobile is caused by a styling design of the automobile key, etc. This lowers a requirement on a hardware structural design of the remote control key, so that the styling design of the remote control key is more flexible.
Smart Alarm Module for Automobile Security System
Electronic lock
An improved structure of an electronic lock includes an outside-door assembly, a lock middle, an inside-door assembly, and a latch. The outside-door assembly is mounted to an outer side of a door panel. The lock middle is connected to the outside-door assembly. The inside-door assembly is connected to the lock middle and is mounted to an inner side of the door panel. The latch is connected to the latch coupler. With a code entered, an electrically-driven valve of the lock middle causes a guide block and a projection block to extend outward to have an outside handle and the lock middle to synchronously operate for opening the door. Alternatively, a key may be used to open the door. If such a code and a key are both not available, the outside handle and the lock middle do not synchronously operate.
Remote control button actuation system with proxy remote
An actuation system used to actuate one or more buttons on a remote control device, such as a key fob, based upon commands that are generated from a mobile device. The actuation system includes a key fob enclosure located remotely from the vehicle. When a command is received on the mobile device, the command is relayed to a controller within the key fob enclosure, causing a button on the key fob to be depressed. The RF signal from the key fob is translated into a digital message which is relayed to a proxy remote located within the vehicle. The proxy remote, in turn, translates the digital message to an RF signal which is transmitted and received by systems within the vehicle. In this manner, the proxy remote is able to communicate using RF signals with the vehicle without requiring the key fob to be located near the vehicle.
Method and apparatus for dynamic vehicle key generation and handling
A system includes a processor configured to generate a new access key, responsive to a vehicle shutdown. The processor is also configured to connect to a previously identified user wireless device. The processor is further configured to deliver the new access key to the user wireless device, responsive to connection to the wireless device and locally store a copy of the new access key in a file designated for reference for a next-access attempt.
System and method of improving security during backup functionality of electronic control key
An electronic control key including security check circuitry used by an inductive system to perform at least one security check to determine whether to enable authorized functions. The inductive system receives power and enables communications via an inductive link for backup operation. The security check circuitry may include battery status circuitry and distance measurement circuitry. The inductive system invokes the distance measurement circuitry to perform a secure distance check when the battery status is good, in which the inductive system enables authorized functions only when the secure distance check passes. The security check circuitry may include a motion detector for performing a motion inquiry. The motion inquiry may include detecting motion of the electronic control key or detecting a predetermined characteristic movement or a programmed motion pattern. The security check circuitry may be a button in which authorized functions are enabled only when the button is pressed.
