SYSTEMS, STRUCTURES, AND METHODS FOR ACCESSING POWER LOCKED PANELS
Various disclosed embodiments include illustrative systems, structures, and methods for performing authenticated access to a structure. An illustrative system includes a connector configured to be operably connected to a personal electronics device and to receive an electric charge from the personal electronics device, a controller couplable to an electromechanical locking device and the connector, and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-executable instructions configured to cause the controller to receive first authentication information, receive second authentication information from the personal electronics device, authenticate the personal electronics device responsive to the first authentication information and the received second authentication information, and activate an electromechanical locking device to unlock responsive to the electric charge and a successful authentication.
Systems and methods for voice-activated control of an access control platform
In one aspect, a server computer is configured to facilitate operation of a movable barrier operator using voice commands. The server computer includes a processor configured to receive a request for a first rolling voice identifier from a communication apparatus in response to receipt of a voice command of a user requesting a state change of a movable barrier. The processor is configured to send the first rolling voice identifier to the communication apparatus causing the communication apparatus to provide a first physical stimulus to the user based at least in part on the first rolling voice identifier and user account information. The processor is configured to receive a communication indicative of a user voice response to the first physical stimulus and determine whether to instruct the movable barrier operator to change a state of the movable barrier based on the user voice response to the first physical stimulus.
MULTI-CHANNEL SIGNALING FOR A BARRIER OPERATOR SYSTEM
A wireless transmitter for controlling a barrier operator includes at least one processor, an actuator, and a memory storing instructions. When executed by the at least one processor, the instructions cause the at least one processor to transmit a first data packet configured to initiate actuation of the barrier operator on a first channel and transmit the first data packet on a second channel. The transmission on the first channel may be performed in response to a first actuation of the actuator and the transmission on the second channel may be performed in response to a second actuation of the actuator. Alternatively, both transmissions may be performed in response to a single actuation of the actuator but switching from the first channel to the second channel may be performed in response to a passive input signal.
TRANSPORT COMPONENT TAMPER DETECTION
An example operation includes one or more of determining a first output impedance of a first electronic control unit, determining a second output impedance of a second electronic control unit in response to the first output impedance is outside of a range of a first threshold of the first electronic control unit, and notifying in response to a difference between the second output impedance and a second threshold of the second electronic control unit is less than a further difference between the first output impedance and the first threshold.
RENTAL SPACE INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE
A reservation system receives, at a first of a plurality of customer attraction servers, customer attraction side reservation information of a user including a reservation date and time; manages, at a management server management side reservation information of the user who uses the rental space and the reservation date and time; obtains, at an information processing device, an update of the customer attraction side reservation information from the first customer attraction server; and synchronizes, at the information processing device, customer attraction side reservation information in a second of the plurality of customer attraction servers based on the update of the customer attraction side reservation information obtained from the first customer attraction server.
IOT SWITCHGEAR OPERATION SYSTEM USING SOUND WAVE COMMUNICATION
An IoT switchgear operation system using sound wave communication including: a communication terminal for requesting, from an IoT switchgear via sound wave communication, one or more operations among manager registration, user registration, transmission of a changed password, transmission of a one-time digital key for a user, which is for the user himself/herself to open or close the IoT switchgear, and transmission of a one-time digital key for another person, which is for a terminal of another user to open or close the IoT switchgear; and the IoT switchgear for performing manager registration, user registration, a change of a password, storage of a one-time digital key for a user, and opening or closing of a door by using a one-time digital key for another person, which are requested by the communication terminal via sound wave communication with the communication terminal.
MULTI-LOCKING DEVICE USING RANDOM PASSWORD
Provided is a multi-locking device including a locking device management unit configured such that, when a user requests same to grant a right to open/close a door, same converts information regarding a granted right regarding the door into a QR code, outputs same, and provides same to the user, a door locking device configured to receive the information regarding a granted right regarding the door from the locking device management unit, and a QR code reader unit configured to receive the QR code from the user and provide same to the door locking device.
Retail light-based sensor-driven messaging systems
Provided is an in-store dual-mode communication system in which shelves are disposed within a commercial space. A server is coupled to the Internet and/or a wide-area network and is configured to send and receive communications. Also provided are light-based messaging units that are located on and/or attached to such shelves, each: 1) having a light source, 2) receiving a communication from the server, and 3) in response to receipt of such communication, turning the light source on and off so as to broadcast a digital message that was included within such communication, as a binary-encoded digital signal corresponding to on/off states of the light source. A user device: (i) receives, via its light sensor, and then decodes the binary-encoded digital signal from a light-based messaging unit in order to obtain the digital message that corresponds to it; and also (ii) communicates with the server via its wireless interface.
System and Method of Sanitizing a Package Left at a Doorstep
A system and method of sanitizing a package left at a doorstep safely reduces exposure to pathogens with packages. The method includes a computerized doorbell, at least one motion detector, at least one ultraviolet device, and a user (PC) personal computing device. The method begins by scanning a surrounding area of the doorway with the motion detector in order to identify at least one physical package. A delivery notification for the physical package is relayed from the motion detector, through the computerized doorbell, and to the user PC device. The delivery notification is displayed for the physical package with the motion detector. The surrounding area is further scanned with the motion detector in order to identify a human presence within the surrounding area. Ultraviolet radiation is emitted onto the surrounding area for a specified time period with the ultraviolet device, if the physical package is identified within the surrounding area.
