Distributed one-time-use entry code generation for physical access control method of operation and mobile systems
A physical access control system enables acceptable portal entry codes upon receiving each physical access request by operating on the elapsed time from a previous physical access request to generate a temporal credential. The controller receives a plurality of physical access requests from a plurality of mobile application devices. Upon authenticating the first access request, the controller eliminates repetition from the space of acceptable successor requests from each mobile application device. Monotonic nonces advance the range of temporal code matches. Entry code generation is decentralized to distributed application devices and is inherently unknowable until a successor access request is initiated by the same application device.
Managing real estate listing showings based on multiple factors
A specialized server within a real estate showing management system creates a showing appointment for a showing agent to show a listing and a set of geo-fences around the listing when the appointment is created. At a particular time before the showing, the specialized server notifies a showing agent mobile device to download the set of geo-fences and, when requested, provides the set to the mobile device. The mobile device notifies the specialized server when it breaches a geo-fence within the set. The specialized server determines that the showing has started when the notification and the beginning time of the showing appointment are within a predetermined time range. The specialized server then notifies property electronic devices to turn on.
System for secure access and initiation using a remote terminal
Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for secure access and initiation using a remote terminal. The present invention is configured to determine that a secondary user has entered a secure environment, wherein the secure environment comprises a safe-deposit box associated with a primary user; determine that the secondary user has initiated an augmented reality session using a computing device associated with the secondary user; automatically generate a digital authentication key in response determining that the secondary user has entered the secure environment and has initiated the augmented reality session; electronically receive, from the computing device associated with the primary user, an authorization to transmit the digital authentication key to the computing device associated with the secondary user; transmit the digital authentication key to the computing device associated with the secondary user; and emulate the augmented reality session on the computing device associated with the primary user.

System and method for applying over-locks without requiring unlock codes
The disclosure generally relates to a system and method for managing distributed encrypted combination over-locks from a remote location. In an exemplary embodiment, the invention is a distributed management system for self-storage facilities that allow for vacant units to be secured with over-locks without requiring unlock codes, and which allow the over-locks to be removed by customers without human or manual intervention from the self-storage facility, where an API is used to facilitate communications between a lock management system and a property management system.
Device and methods for providing a lock for preventing unwanted access to a locked enclosure
A device for preventing unwanted opening of a locked enclosure includes a lock bolt moveable between a locked position and an unlocked position. A lever arm is movable between disengaged and engaged positions and moves the lock bolt between the locked and unlocked positions. A rotary element is engageable with the lever arm in the engageable position. The rotation of the rotary element when the rotary element is engaged with the lever arm moves the lock bolt between the locked and unlocked positions. A pin normally blocks the lever arm from moving from the disengaged position to the engageable position. A rotatable output gear moves a rack gear and the pin to unblock the lever arm and thereby allowing the lever arm to engage with the rotary element to allow a user to rotate the rotary element to move the lock bolt between the locked and unlocked positions.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AUTHENTICATING A USER OF A COMPARTMENT INSTALLATION
A method comprising performing a process for authenticating a user of a compartment installation vis--vis a backend system managing the compartment installation. A necessary condition for performing the process for authenticating the user is that a proximity check has revealed that a mobile device of the user is situated at the location of the compartment installation, and/or that an occupancy check has revealed that the compartment installation contains at least one shipment assigned to the user. A corresponding apparatus, a corresponding system and a corresponding computer program are furthermore disclosed.
