Disclosed are methods, systems, and apparatus for video-based door operation using object tracking of mobility assistance devices. A method includes detecting, in one or more images captured by a camera, a mobility assistance device; in response to detecting the mobility assistance device, determining, using the one or more images captured by the camera, a trajectory of the mobility assistance device; determining that the trajectory of the mobility assistance device satisfies a criterion for operating a door; and in response to determining that the trajectory of the mobility assistance device satisfies the criterion for operating the door, transmitting, to a door operator, a command to operate the door. A method includes determining whether the operation of the door satisfies performance criteria using one or more second images; and in response to determining that the operation of the door does not satisfy performance criteria, updating the criterion for operating the door.

A remotely controlled cabinet assembly includes a cabinet unit that includes a central cabinet and a door that is hingedly coupled to the central cabinet. A plurality of locking units is each coupled to the central cabinet. Each of the locking units releasably engages the door for locking the door on the central cabinet. A control unit is coupled to the cabinet unit and the control unit is electrically coupled to each of the locking units. The control unit actuates each of the locking units to disengage and thusly unlock the door on the central cabinet. A keypad is coupled to the door and each of the locks disengages the door when an alpha-numeric code is entered into the keypad. An electronic device is carried by a user and the electronic device transmits an unlock command to the control unit for remotely unlocking the door on the central cabinet.

A smart door lock may include latch mechanism for locking and unlocking doors; authorization module for authorizing or de-authorizing authority of mechanical key for opening latch mechanism; the mechanical key for inserting into the latch mechanism for unlocking after authorized by the authorization module. If immunity is verified, the patient is selectively issued a digital certificate real-time and/or on-demand used to allow access to a building, gain authorization to conduct predetermined activities, work, travel freely, etc. The immunity certificate may be renewed or revoked if predetermined events occur, such as a rise in body temperature over a predetermined level.
