System and method for deposit and withdrawal service using automated teller machine and computer program for the same
A deposit and withdrawal service system using Automated Teller Machine (ATM) includes a communication module configured to receive a transaction request associated with a customer's asset managed by an institution from the ATM, and transmit a processing result received from the institution in response to the transaction request to the ATM, and a statement conversion module configured to convert the transaction request received from the ATM into aggregated details data that is independent from the ATM, and convert the processing result received from the institution into statement details data corresponding to the ATM having requested the transaction. The communication module is further configured to transmit the aggregated details data to the institution, receive the processing result from the institution, and transmit the processing result to the ATM as the statement details data. According to the deposit and withdrawal service system, it is possible to standardize a task structure between the ATM operating institution and the institution, and deposit and withdraw the customer's points or loans managed by the institution such as a Fintech institution or a card company via the ATM through a relaying function provided by the deposit and withdrawal service system.
Modification of transaction fees
A method implemented on an electronic computing device includes receiving a request for an automated teller machine (ATM) transaction from an ATM. Authentication credentials are received of a customer of the ATM. The authentication credentials are associated with the request for the ATM transaction. A notification is received of a failure to execute the ATM transaction at the ATM. In response to the receiving a notification of the failure, a fee modification is issued to the customer of the ATM. The fee modification permits modification of a transaction fee associated with a subsequent ATM transaction at an alternative ATM.
Augmented reality dynamic authentication
A system for performing authorization of a user in an augmented reality environment comprises an augmented reality user device, an automatic teller machine, and an authentication server. The automatic teller machine has a keypad with unmarked buttons. The augmented reality user device includes a display configured to overlay virtual objects onto a field of view of a user. The augmented reality user device receives a virtual keypad overlay, which assigns values to the unmarked buttons of the keypad. Using the overlay, the augmented reality user device displays the assigned values on the buttons of the keypad. The automatic teller machine detects an input sequence entered on the keypad and sends the input sequence to the authentication server. The authentication server determines an authentication code by combining the input sequence with the virtual keypad overlay, and compares the determined authentication code with an authentication code stored in a database.
Self-Service Terminal Device
The utility model belongs to the technical field of outdoor self-service equipment and offers complete self-service terminal equipment, an IP-55 rated housing, a front plate assembly installed on the front of the housing, which has the outdoor rated printer, payment devices, and a scanner. This front plate assembly makes it easy to change the pinpad devices according to the customer's needs. An optional detachable vandal door is also available to protect the investment after hours. It's a lightweight 6-7 kgs door that can be attached and detached easily.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR MANAGING GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACES FOR ONE OR MORE AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES
Disclosed embodiments may include a system that may receive an indication that a user is accessing an ATM, receive, from the ATM, average session duration data over a predetermined period, generate, using a machine learning model, a busyness score for the ATM based on the average session duration data over the predetermined period, and determine whether the busyness score for the ATM exceeds a busyness score threshold. When the busyness score for the ATM does not exceed the busyness score threshold, the system may cause the ATM to present, via a first graphical user interface, a default ATM experience. When the busyness score for the ATM exceeds the busyness score threshold, the system may cause the ATM to present via, a second graphical user interface, a busy ATM experience.
Method and system for facilitating ATM transactions using blockchain
A method for on-behalf ATM processing via blockchain includes: receiving, by a receiver of an automated teller machine (ATM), a transaction identifier; receiving, by an input device interfaced with the ATM, a withdrawal amount; identifying, by the ATM, a blockchain transaction in one of a plurality of blocks comprising a blockchain, wherein the blockchain transaction includes at least the transaction identifier and a current balance; and processing, by the ATM, withdrawal of the withdrawal amount based on the current balance, where processing includes dispensing, by a dispenser interfaced with the ATM, currency equivalent to the withdrawal amount if the withdrawal amount is less than or equal to the current balance or displaying, by a display device interfaced with the ATM, a message indicating an insufficient balance if the withdrawal amount is greater than the current balance.
AUTOMATED ELECTRONIC APPARATUS FOR CONSOLIDATED RESOURCE EVENT PROCESSING USING COMPUTER-READABLE INDICIA
Consolidated resource event processing at an automated electronic apparatus. A user having a resource depository that is associated with an entity other than the entity controlling the automated electronic apparatus is able to conduct certain resource events at the apparatus, e.g., inputting tangible resources at the automated electronic apparatus, initiating a resource event with a second user at the automated electronic apparatus using the tangible resources, and receiving tangible resources at the automated electronic apparatus. Computer-readable indicia is displayed on or proximate to the automated electronic apparatus which is captured and read by a mobile communication device, in possession of a user, to (i) identify the automated electronic apparatus, (ii) link the automated electronic apparatus to a resource depository held by the user at an entity different than the entity controlling the automated electronic apparatus and (iii) trigger the automated electronic apparatus to receive an input of tangible resources by the user.
Interoperable mobile-initiated transactions with dynamic authentication
A transaction is pre-staged by providing transaction preferences, such as a financial instrument, a transaction type, and a transaction amount, to a user device. The user device captures a visual code at a terminal, such as an ATM. The visual code includes terminal attributes, including a signed hash and call-back URI. The user device authenticates the visual code using the signed hash and requests the transaction through the issuer server. The issuer server creates and sends the card data to the call-back URI. The terminal uses the card data to create a transaction request it routes to through its acquirer server.
Smart chaining
Identification information is received at a transaction machine. The identification information is associated with a user associated with an account. Using an activity profile of the user, a determination is made to enable chained transactions during the user's use of the transaction machine. A sequence of user interfaces to display to the user is generated enabling the user to chain transactions based on the activity profile.
Methods and system for providing ATM non-customer lead information
Systems and methods for obtaining non-customer lead information include authenticating a user at an ATM for a transaction via biometric information, determining that the user is a non-customer of a financial institution operating the ATM, determining that the user was a customer of the financial institution prior to becoming a non-customer, presenting an offer to the non-customer on the ATM based in part on the non-customer lead information collected from an at least one previous transaction with the user, where, responsive to the determination that the user was a customer of the financial institution operating the ATM prior to becoming a non-customer, the offer further comprises a message to the user indicative of the user being a former customer, receiving a response from the non-customer relating to the offer presented, transferring the response to the financial institution computing system.
