Smart street parking meter, smart street parking management system, and smart street parking fee payment method
A smart street parking management system includes a smart street parking meter a smart cloud parking management server connected to the smart street parking meter through a wireless networking technology and configured to regularly receive parking information of a vehicle parked on a smart street parking grid and status information of the smart street parking meter uploaded by the smart street parking meter. The status information of the smart street parking meter includes an empty-space status of the street parking grid detected by the smart street parking meter and a battery status of a rechargeable battery of the smart street parking meter. The parking information of the vehicle includes the plate number of the vehicle, the parking fee of the vehicle, and a payment status of the parking fee of the vehicle.
Identification of a poorly parked vehicle and performance of a first group of actions to cause one or more other devices to perform a second group of actions
A device can receive parking metadata that includes location data indicating that a portion of a vehicle is located outside of a designated parking area (DPA). The device can process the parking metadata to identify values that are to be used when determining actions to perform. The device can obtain supplemental events data associated with events occurring near the DPA. The device can determine the actions to perform based on the parking metadata and the supplemental events data. The device can provide, as one of the actions and to one or more other devices or to the vehicle, a message indicating that the portion of the vehicle is located outside of the DPA. This can cause the one or more other devices or the vehicle to: move the vehicle from the DPA, reposition the vehicle within the DPA, or penalize an owner of the vehicle.
IMAGE CAPTURING METHOD AND APPARATUS, ELECTRONIC PHOTOGRAPHY DEVICE, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
An image capturing method and apparatus, an electronic photography device and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The image capturing method includes: in a snapshot mode, performing image acquisition at a first frame rate and buffering an acquired first captured image; in a live mode, acquiring a second captured image at a second frame rate, where the second frame rate is less than the first frame rate; and processing the buffered first captured image and the second captured image at the second frame rate.
Systems and methods for monitoring traffic sign violation
A system and method for determining a traffic sign violation are provided. The method may include obtaining a traffic rule corresponding to the traffic sign. The method may further include acquiring, by at least one camera, video data associated with a scene around a traffic sign. The video data may include a series of frames. The method may further include identifying the vehicle in the series of frames and determining whether the vehicle violates the traffic rule based on the series of frames. In response to the determination that the vehicle violates the traffic rule, the method may further include obtaining information of the vehicle and transmitting the information of the vehicle to a server.
EARLY WARNING AND COLLISION AVOIDANCE
Among other things, equipment is located at an intersection of a transportation network. The equipment includes an input to receive data from a sensor oriented to monitor ground transportation entities at or near the intersection. A wireless communication device sends to a device of one of the ground transportation entities, a warning about a dangerous situation at or near the intersection, there is a processor and a storage for instructions executable by the processor to perform actions including the following. A machine learning model is stored that can predict behavior of ground transportation entities at or near the intersection at a current time. The machine learning model is based on training data about previous motion and related behavior of ground transportation entities at or near the intersection. Current motion data received from the sensor about ground transportation entities at or near the intersection is applied to the machine learning model to predict imminent behaviors of the ground transportation entities. An imminent dangerous situation for one or more of the ground transportation entities at or near the intersection is inferred from the predicted imminent behaviors. The wireless communication device sends the warning about the dangerous situation to the device of one of the ground transportation entities.
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a portable traffic management system comprising a portable traffic signal assembly; a portable signal assembly; and a control unit in wireless communication with the portable traffic signal assembly and the portable signal assembly. The present invention alleviates one or more of the problems associated with the presently available traffic management systems.
Control system, control method, and non-transitory storage medium
According the present invention, there is provided a control system (10) that includes an image acquisition unit (11) that acquires an image generated by a camera, a controlled object determination unit (12) that analyzes the image and determines at least one of a vehicle that satisfies a predetermined condition and a vehicle in which a predetermined person is riding included in the image, as a vehicle to be controlled, a control content decision unit (13) that decides a control content for the vehicle to be controlled, and an output unit (14) that outputs a control command including the control content to the vehicle to be controlled.
Apparatus for recording license plates of vehicles
An apparatus for recording license plates of vehicles travelling on a road having several adjacent lanes comprises a vehicle classification sensor configured to detect a predetermined shape characteristic of a vehicle or group of vehicles. The apparatus further comprises at least one camera mounted at an elevated point beside one of the lanes and having an angle of aperture covering at least one of said lanes, each lane covered by at least one camera. The vehicle classification sensor is configured to, upon detecting the predetermined shape characteristic on a lane, trigger the camera that covers the lane the predetermined shape characteristic is detected on to record an image of a license plate on the back of the vehicle or group's leading vehicle, respectively, for which the predetermined shape characteristic is detected. The triggered camera is of a lane either adjacent to or at least one lane apart from the lane.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PUSHING VEHICLE INFORMATION, USER ACCOUNT SERVER, AND USER EQUIPMENT
A method and an apparatus for pushing vehicle information, a user account server, and user equipment are provided. The method includes: receiving an entry event that is of a vehicle and that is sent by a parking management server, and obtaining geo-fence information of a parking lot managed by the parking management server; obtaining, by a user account server, a user account bound to the license plate number of the vehicle; obtaining a location determining result of user equipment corresponding to the user account; and pushing the entry event of the vehicle to the user equipment when the current location of the user equipment is within a geo-fence range.
Infrastructure and Vehicle for Communicating with the Same
Provided is an infrastructure and a vehicle for communicating with the same. The infrastructure recognizes a first area and a second area, and when a proportion of the second area of the image information is greater than or equal to a reference proportion, controls first and second adjusters to change a photographing area of a camera. The vehicle recognizes a hidden area, when a proportion of the hidden area is greater than or equal to a reference proportion, transmits an adjustment command of the first camera to the infrastructure, and when the proportion of the hidden area is less than the reference proportion. The vehicle matches an image of the hidden area to second image information of the second camera to generate a top view image.
