A system for detecting a pedestrian at a crosswalk and preventing an accident on the basis of artificial intelligence, the system comprising: a camera device installed on a mast arm installed at the top of a traffic light pole installed at a crosswalk to capture pedestrians and the vicinity of the crosswalk; a pedestrian detection module for detecting a pedestrian in an image captured by the camera device through a pre-installed image analysis solution; a color detection module for detecting a current blinking color of a traffic light consisting of a pedestrian traffic light and a driving traffic light; and a warning signal output module for outputting an unauthorized crossing warning message to the pedestrian waiting at the crosswalk according to a detection result of the color detection module and a detection result of the pedestrian detection module.
Capturing features for determining routes
Techniques for determining a location and type of traffic-related features and using such features in route planning are discussed herein. The techniques may include determining that sensor data represents a feature such as a traffic light, road segment, building type, and the like. The techniques further include determining a cost of a feature, whereby the cost is associated with the effect of a feature on a vehicle traversing an environment. A feature database can be updated based on features in the environment. A cost of the feature can be used to update costs of routes associated with the location of the feature.

A computer-implemented method for determining at least one remaining time value, to be determined, for a system is provided, having the following steps: a. providing at least one known input data record containing a multiplicity of input elements for at least one determined time; b. providing at least one associated known remaining time value for the at least one input data record; c. determining the at least one remaining time value to be determined by applying an error function to the at least one input data record and the at least one associated remaining time value; and d. providing an output data record containing the at least one determined remaining time value and an associated reliability value. The invention furthermore targets a corresponding determination unit and computer program product.

SIGNAL MACHINE ALARM METHOD AND APPARATUS, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
The present disclosure provides a signal machine alarm method and apparatus, an electronic device and a readable storage medium, and relates to the field of intelligent transportation technologies. The signal machine alarm method, including: acquiring a light-state data stream of a signal machine; determining a target light-state data frame corresponding to a current time according to the light-state data stream; acquiring a timing scheme of the signal machine at the current time; extracting target light-state information of a target phase from the target light-state data frame; and obtaining a calculation countdown according to the timing scheme, the target light color state and the target cycle countdown, and sending alarm information if the calculation countdown is determined to be inconsistent with the target light color countdown. The present disclosure can achieve a purpose of detecting whether the acquired timing scheme is consistent with a timing scheme actually operating in the signal machine, to ensure timely alarm if inconsistency is detected.
Method for providing assistance to driver based on HD map, and vehicle apparatus applying method
A method for providing driving assistance based on a HD map includes acquiring information such as position of a vehicle and timing, and acquiring a speed of the vehicle based on the manner of driving, and acquiring distance an intersection in front of the vehicle and information from a HD map such as traffic light intersection ahead. Deciding such as whether the vehicle can pass through the intersection based on the speed of the vehicle, intersection distance, and the traffic light information and prompting and/or controlling the vehicle if it is determined that passage through is not possible. A vehicle-mounted apparatus applying the method is also disclosed.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREDICTING A SWITCHING STATE AND/OR A SWITCHING TIME OF A SIGNALING SYSTEM FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL
A method predicts a switch state and/or a switch time point of a signaling system. The method includes collecting first and second state data, the first and second state data influencing the switch state and/or switch time point. The collection of the first state data includes reading of state data from a signaling system control device of the signaling system by a signaling system interface. The collection of the second state data includes reading in of the state data. A prediction model is provided and configured to make a prediction of the switch time point and/or the switch state of the signaling system based on first and second state data. The switch state and/or the switch time point of the signaling system is predicted via the prediction model using the first and second state data. The predicted switch state and/or switch time point of the signaling system is outputted.
Traffic Support Systems and Methods
Devices and methods for improving the flow of traffic at an intersection are disclosed, such as a traffic light assistance system comprising a light emitter, a light-directing device, a vehicle sensor, a traffic signal detector, and a control unit. The traffic light assistance system can be configured to detect a vehicle and direct projected light toward said vehicle to indicate a change of status of a traffic light. Such devices and methods can alert an operator of a vehicle to a change of status of a traffic light, such as a traffic signal turning green, and indicating that the operator should accelerate the vehicle. By providing means to alert otherwise distracted or inattentive drivers, time spent in traffic can be reduced.

A localized data collection module may retrieve, receive, or intercept traffic data through or from hardware installed in a traffic control cabinet adjacent an intersection or other roadway feature of interest.
