TEACHING AND LEARING METHOD USING A GAME OF RANDOM SELECTION
A method of teaching and learning using a game of random selection wherein each student in a group of students takes a turn to catch an object in a container with a fishing pole. The object caught in the container is pulled out of the container. The student identifies the indicia on the object to the group of students, wherein indicia include letters, words, numbers, colors, and shapes. If the student makes a correct identification, the student retains the object. A teacher provides a reward to the student based on the number of objects identified correctly. The teacher can identify students with insufficient success in identifying indicia correctly and can have these students practice the game of random selection to improve retention of the correct identifications of the indicia. Students can move around and interact with each other while learning and having fun, while retention of learned subject matter is being reinforced.

Puzzle System of Elements for Pairing
A system includes several pairable elements and elements to be used for such a system. Each of the elements is adapted to be combined with another element, thereby constituting a pair of elements. The elements include a first indicator where when combining the first indicator of a first element and the first indicator of a second element in a manner specific to the first indicators, the combined first indicators indicate if the first and second elements are a pair. Further, elements include a second indicator where when combining the second indicator of the first element and a second indicator of the second element in an manner specific to the second indicators, the combined second indicators indicate if the elements are a pair and if they are not a pair, the combined second indicators identify the right element to pair with said first and second element.

Wooden speller toy
The present disclosure is a toy that has hexagonal rings with letters on each hexagonal side that can be rotated to spell words that are present on cards that the users views, the hexagonal rings are removable and replaceable on a lift bar that fits into opening the vertical supports, to facilitate the rotating of the letters the inner hexagonal ring is offset from the letters on the outer ring so the letters fall into place, the variety of words that can be spelled are increased with sets of three hexagonal rings, each with their individual colors for their letters, and three sets of cards with words to spell, each with a color corresponding to the color of one of the set of hexagonal rings.

HAIR SHAPE CARD AND METHOD
A shape card for self-assessment of a shape of a hair includes a first part, a second part, and a third part. The first part includes one or more first reference markers for assessing a number of hair waves. The second part includes one or more second reference markers for assessing hair curvature. The third part includes one or more descriptors each describing a target hair shape. The target hair shape is a result of a combination of one of the one or more first reference markers and one of the one or more second reference markers.
A RUBIK'S CUBE OF CHINESE CHARACTERS
The present invention discloses a Rubik's cube of Chinese characters that comprises a 3D dictionary. The initials are vertically arranged and the finals are horizontally arranged on the front of the 3D dictionary. A character cell is opened at the intersection of each initial and final. A character rod is arranged in each character cell. The phonetic combination corresponding the initial and final is marked on the top of the character rod, forming a list of onomatopoeic or homophonous characters. A number of sound cells are arranged on the front of the 3D dictionary, and a sound rod is placed in each sound cell. A holding groove is cut on the front of the 3D dictionary, and a printer is placed in the holding groove. The present invention uses the movable-type monosyllabic Chinese characters to form a 3D dictionary by changing the existing linear arrangement in an alphabetical order to vertical initial and horizontal final arrangement, which can help learners look up, recognize and learn Chinese characters quickly according to phonetic rules. In addition, each Chinese character corresponds to an English word, which is conducive to bilingual learning, and is also convenient for use and storage.
