Multi-touch pad controller
A highly configurable controller is described that includes a number of different types of control mechanisms that emulate a wide variety of conventional control mechanisms using pressure and location sensitive sensors that generate high-density control information which may be mapped to the controls of a wide variety of devices and software.
Stringed Musical Instrument and Acoustic Effect Device
A stringed musical instrument includes: a musical instrument body configured such that a string is attached thereto; a pickup configured to: i) detect vibration of the string and ii) output a string vibration signal according to the vibration; a detection sensor that is: i) attached to the musical instrument body and ii) configured to output a detection signal according to a force applied to the musical instrument body; and a controller that is attached to the musical instrument body, and is configured to output, based on the detection signal, a control signal configured to control an operation of an effector configured to impart an effect to the string vibration signal.
Piezoresistive sensors and applications
A highly configurable controller is described that includes a number of different types of control mechanisms that emulate a wide variety of conventional control mechanisms using pressure and location sensitive sensors that generate high-density control information which may be mapped to the controls of a wide variety of devices and software.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CAPTURING AND INTERPRETING AUDIO
A device is provided for capturing vibrations produced by an object such as a musical instrument such as a drum head of a drum kit. The device comprises a detectable element, such as a ferromagnetic element, such as a metal shim and a sensor spaced apart from and located relative to the musical instrument. The detectable element is located between the sensor and the musical instrument. When the musical instrument vibrates, the sensor remains stationary and the detectable element is vibrated relative to the sensor by the musical instrument.
Systems and methods for capturing and interpreting audio
A device is provided for capturing vibrations produced by an object such as a musical instrument such as a cymbal of a drum kit.
ELECTRONIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS
This disclosure relates generally to electronic musical instruments, systems, and methods. More particularly, this disclosure relates to electronic percussion instruments such as tom toms, snare drums, bass drums, cymbals, and hi-hats, and assemblies of instruments (e.g., percussion instruments), such as drum sets. Even more particularly, this disclosure relates to wireless electronic percussion instruments, and percussion instruments with interchangeable and/or removable components to change the instrument between a traditional percussion instrument (that relies on resonance and/or vibration to produce sound) and an electronic percussion instrument. The present disclosure also relates to electronic cymbal instruments, such as cymbal assemblies and hi-hat assemblies, that can be used in conjunction with a traditional acoustic metal cymbal.
ELECTRONIC CYMBAL INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS
This disclosure relates generally to electronic musical instruments, systems, and methods. Keybed device
The present disclosure proposes a keybed device, including: a keybed support; a keybed arranged on the keybed support; a key height limiting column arranged in one-to-one correspondence with each key in the keybed, and an end of the key height limiting column is fixed on a bottom surface of the corresponding key; a pressure detecting device arranged in one-to-one correspondence under each key height limiting column to detect a pressing strength of each key height limiting column; and a flexible support structure arranged below each key height limiting column and located on at least one side of each pressure detection device. The keybed device includes a flexible support structure, which can avoid false triggering of the Aftertouch effect. A same depth is pressed down from the flexible support structure to obtain a consistent Aftertouch effect, and the performance effect is controllable.
Signal supply device, keyboard device and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium
A signal supply device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a generator configured to generate a first sound signal and a second sound signal in accordance with an instruction signal including operation body information corresponding to an operation input to an operation body and linked member information corresponding to a movement of a linked member linked with the operation body and an adjuster configured to adjust a relationship between the first sound signal and the second sound signal on the basis of the operation body information and the linked member information.
