Percussive Response Unit
A percussive response unit, and percussion instruments with same, including a rod having a rod shaft and a first retaining element, such a first head, disposed at a first rod end and having a first head width. At least a first striker set of at least one striker is disposed along a first portion of the rod shaft and is positionable near the first head. Each striker defines an opening that is larger than the outer diameter of the rod shaft to enable at least one direction of movement. A second retaining element such as a second head is connected to the second rod end to secure the first striker set on the rod shaft. Other embodiments include percussion instruments with multiple internal resonance cavities, internal resonance members, and internal and/or external strikers.
Drinking container used for toasting and drinking container serving as bell
A drinking container that can be used for various applications such as toasting for producing a sound for enjoyment at table, dinning or banquet, a bell, or further, determination of a beverage poured into the drinking container is used for producing a sound for enjoyment and comprises: a container-type resonator; and a handle connected to the resonator at a position of a node of vibration during resonance of the resonator.

Solar gazing globe
A lighting device is described having a diffuser having an aperture and generally enclosing a chamber. An electrical light source is positioned to direct light through at least a portion of the diffuser via the chamber. A circuit controls power to electrical light source. There is at least one solar cell. A base portion attaches to a portion of the diffuser proximate the aperture. The base portion includes a base housing, a substantially tubular neck portion extending below the base housing, and a battery compartment at least partially disposed in the neck portion providing a cavity to removably receive and support a rechargeable battery; and wherein the battery compartment is integrally formed with the neck portion. A support member is included to elevate the rechargeable battery above a substrate, the support member comprising an axial conduit running through the length of the center of rotational symmetry of the support member.

Bicycle Bell
A bicycle bell includes a fixing seat on a pipe clamp, a bell cover, and an elastic support. The elastic support has two curved arms and a horizontal section. The two curved arms extend upward from two ends of the horizontal section. The two curved arms have engaging ends extending outwardly and laterally. The horizontal section is mounted to the fixing seat. The engaging ends are connected to the bell cover in a snap-on manner. In the bicycle bell, the fixing seat and the bell cover are assembled through the elastic support. The elastic support is a relatively flexible medium with poor energy conductivity, so that the vibration amplitude of the bell cover is large, the energy loss is small, and the vibration is longer and louder.

DESK BELL
A desk bell that has a good sound reverb and a long lingering sound includes a swingably supported bell body and striking section that hits the bell body. The striking section includes a striker, an operating part for operating the striker, and separating part that quickly separates the striker from the bell body after the striker striking the bell body. The bell body is placed and supported on or point-supported on a supporting member. The bell body has a conical shape with an open bottom or an inverted bowl shape and has an inner top part placed and supported on or point-supported on the supporting member. The striker is disposed inside the bell body.
