FLEXIBLE FLAT CABLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND FLEXIBLE FLAT CABLE
A flexible flat cable manufacturing system comprises a tape conveying device conveying an adhesive tape along a first direction, and a wire conveying device conveying a row of wires along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to a width direction of the conveyed adhesive tape. A wire pressing device presses and pastes the part of the row of wires facing the adhesive tape onto the adhesive tape. A wire cutting device cuts the row of wires to obtain a row of wire segments pasted on the adhesive tape and separated from the row of wires and produces a flexible flat cable including the adhesive tape and the wire segments pasted on the adhesive tape.
Hot Pressing Machine and Method for Continuously Hot Pressing Flexible Flat Cable
A hot pressing machine for continuously hot pressing a flexible flat cable includes a plurality of hot pressing units arranged at intervals along a feeding direction of the flexible flat cable. A central controller of the machine is operably connected to the plurality of hot pressing units and is configured to control the plurality of hot pressing units to synchronously hot press the flexible flat cable located in the plurality of hot pressing units.
FLUOROPOLYMER COMPOSITE FILM WRAPPED WIRES AND CABLES
A fluoropolymer composite film wire or cable wrap comprises an outer layer of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) and an inner layer of melt processable fluoropolymer film. The inner and outer layers are laminated with each other in tape form, such as by the application of heat and/or pressure thereto. The fluoropolymer composite tape is wrapped about one or more wires or cables, and is heated or sintered after wrapping to bond the tape to the wire or cable, and bond the tape to itself at the seams.
WINDOW OR SURFACE OF A VEHICLE COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE OPTOELECTRONIC COMPONENT
An optoelectronic device comprises a plurality of layer segments, in particular intermediate layer segments, arranged between a cover layer and a carrier layer. At least one optoelectronic component is arranged on at least one of the plurality of layer segments and a first and a second layer segment of the plurality of the layer segments are overlapping each other along a first direction each forming a respective boundary region. The first layer segment comprises at least one first contact pad and the second layer segment comprises at least one second contact pad, wherein the at least one first and second contact pad are arranged in the respective boundary region facing each other and being mechanically and electrically connected. The at least one first and second contact pad each comprises a plurality of nanowires which are at least partially made of conductive material such as for example copper, gold, or nickel.
FFC with PCT film and Method for making the FFC
The present invention provides an FFC using a PCT film as an insulating coating layer. The FFC comprises a lower insulating coating layer made of the PCT film; a lower adhesive layer made of polyester formed through a lower primer layer made of polyurethane material on the upper surface of the lower insulating coating layer; an upper insulating coating layer made of the PCT film; an upper adhesive layer made of polyester formed through an upper primer layer made of polyurethane material on a lower surface of the upper insulating coating layer; and a conductor wire layer interposed between the lower adhesive layer and the upper adhesive layer.
Method and apparatus for fabricating a susceptor coil assembly ribbon
A method and system for fabricating a susceptor coil assembly ribbon. An apparatus comprising a tensioning section 100 that provides a predetermined amount of tension to a plurality of susceptor coil assemblies 20, a collimating section 200 that receives the plurality of susceptor coil assemblies 20 from the tensioning section 100 and aligns the plurality of susceptor coil assemblies 20. An impaling section 300 receives the plurality of susceptor coil assemblies 20 aligned by the collimating section 200 and impales the plurality of susceptor coil assemblies 20 into a matrix material 320 so as to fabricate a susceptor coil assembly ribbon 30.
Low voltage electric power cable
A low voltage electric power cable includes at least two insulated conductors arranged together in a bundle, at least one foil extending around the bundle, and an outer sheath extending around the at least one foil. A recess is formed between two insulated conductors. The low voltage electric power cable includes an elongated member, the elongated member being arranged between the at least one foil and the outer sheath, and extending adjacent to the at least one foil along the recess. The elongated member is arranged with a clearance fit underneath the outer sheath.
Apparatus for applying a sleeve to a cable and method of insertion into a conduit
A fabric sleeve in the form of a strip of material having compatible attachment members along its lateral edges, is applied to a cable by a device located at a site where the cable can be introduced into a conduit. The device includes a beam carried by a post. The beam carries a plurality of formers which receive the sleeve and the cable from rolls and which progressively fold the sleeve around the cable. The beam also carries an attachment device which receives the sleeve and cable from the formers and which connects the attachment members of the sleeve to confine the cable therein. The attachment device can be opened so that the sleeved cable can be removed. The device is operated at the site until the sleeved cable reaches a downstream installation site and the process is repeated at that downstream site.
