CORONA-RESISTANT ENAMELED ROUND WIRE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed are a corona-resistant enameled round wire and preparation method therefor. The corona-resistant enameled round wire is suitable for electric vehicle motors and comprises a copper conductor and an insulating layer, wherein the insulating layer clads the copper conductor and comprises, in sequence from inside to outside, a corona-resistant polyamideimide coating, a corona-resistant special resin coating, a corona-resistant polyimide coating, a corona-resistant modified silicone resin coating, and a corona-resistant polyamideimide coating.

The present invention has a technical solution which achieves improvement of a withstanding voltage characteristic needed for diameter reduction of a cable in an insulating cable, thereby providing an insulating cable suitable for sliding. The technical problem may be solved by an insulating cable comprising a conductor and an insulator configured by a plurality of resin layers on the conductor, wherein the plurality of resin layers contain the same kind of fluorine resin, a difference in refractive index between a resin layer having the largest refractive index and a resin layer having the smallest refractive index among the plurality of resin layers is 0.03 or less, a layer thickness of an outermost resin layer of the insulator is 0.03 mm or less, and a deviation (coefficient of variation CV) in thickness of the insulator in a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the cable is 0.035 or less.

The second metal covering layer extends along the first direction and covers the inner insulating layer. The second metal covering layer comprises a third axial end part. The outer insulating layer extends along the first direction and covers the second metal covering layer. The outer insulating layer comprises a fourth axial end part.

A shielded flat cable includes multiple flat conductors arranged in parallel, a lower insulating layer provided on lower surfaces of the multiple conductors, a lower shield layer provided on a lower surface of the lower insulating layer, a lower protective layer provided on a lower surface of the lower shield layer, a lower contact portion that is exposed from the lower protective layer and provided to contact a second contact member of the connector, and that is electrically coupled to the lower shield layer, a terminal in which the multiple conductors are exposed at an end, and a reinforcing plate provided on the lower surface of the lower insulating layer and the lower surfaces of the multiple conductors at the terminal. The multiple conductors extend along the lower insulating layer and the reinforcing plate, and the lower contact portion and the terminal overlap in a side view.
Automatic Leakage Detection Line
This invention relates to the technical field of cables and, in particular, to an automatic leakage detection wire, which comprises an insulating protective layer, a plurality of core wires, a detection wire and an additional signal wire, and the detection wire is electrically connected with the additional signal wire. The detection wire and the additional signal wire are all connected to an external signal detection device; the core wire includes a conductor group and a first insulating layer covering the outer periphery of the conductor group; the detection wire, the additional signal wire, and a plurality of the cores. The wires are all wrapped in the insulating protective layer. The automatic leakage detection line provided by the invention can carry out an early warning through the detection line and an additional signal line, thereby reducing the accident risk caused by the damage of the automatic leakage detection line.

WINDING INSULATION SYSTEM
A winding insulation system includes a set of insulated conductors, main wall insulation provided around the conductors, corona shield tape provided around the main wall insulation, stress grading tape provided around the corona shield tape, and sealing tape provided around the stress grading tape. The main wall insulation includes inner, intermediate, and outer sections. The inner section includes polyimide mica paper reinforced with any combination of the group consisting of: glass cloth, polyester film, and polyester mat, the inner section being provided in half-lap layer(s). The intermediate section includes mica paper reinforced with any combination of the group consisting of: glass cloth, polyester film, and polyester mat, the intermediate section being provided in half-lap layer(s). The outer section includes mica tape backed with aramid and reinforced with any combination of the group consisting of: glass cloth, polyester film, and polyester mat, the outer section being provided in half-lap layer(s).

INSULATED ELECTRICAL WIRE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING INSULATED ELECTRICAL WIRE
An insulated electrical wire is provided. The insulated electrical wire includes a conductor and an insulating film including pores. The insulating film at least includes a first insulating layer. The first insulating layer includes a first center region, a first inner side region, and a first outer side region. The first center region is a center region in the first insulating layer in a thickness direction and is formed of an insulating material and first pores that are the pores. The first pores are derived from a liquid thermally decomposable polymer. The first inner side region and the first outer side region are formed not to include the first pores.
