TECHNOLOGIES FOR FIBER NANOTECHNOLOGY
Technologies for fibers with nanotechnology is disclosed. In the illustrative embodiment, a preform is 3D printed with one or more sacrificial cores and one or more hollow channels. The preform is drawn into a fiber, and one or more metal core(s) is inserted into the hollow channel during the fiber draw. The fiber is then heated, breaking up the sacrificial cores into balls through capillary action. The fiber can be etched, exposing the balls made up of the sacrificial cores. The balls can be selectively etched, exposing the metal core(s) of the fiber. Additional embodiments are disclosed.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: an electrical wire including a core wire and an insulating cover that covers an outer circumference of the core wire; a pipe that covers the electrical wire; and a holder that holds the electrical wire and is fixed to an end of the pipe in a length direction, wherein: the insulating cover includes a recess formed in an outer circumferential surface of the electrical wire, and the holder includes a catch that restricts movement of the electrical wire in a length direction of the electrical wire relative to the holder by the catch fitting into the recess.
A WATER-COOLED ELECTRIC CABLE AND RELATIVE MANUFACTURING METHOD
A water-cooled electric cable comprises a plurality of copper ropes wound on an inner support tube, electric terminals at the ends constrained to the ropes, an outer tube fixed in a sealed way and a plurality of sheaths), one for each rope, which are extrusion cast in plastic or rubber material on each copper rope and subsequently pierced.
Cable and wire harness
A cable includes a plurality of electric wires, a tape member spirally wound around an assembled article that is formed by bundling the plurality of electric wires, and a sheath covering the tape member. The tape member includes a plurality of entangled fibers. A plurality of linear slits are formed on the tape member so as to penetrate the tape member.
CABLE AND WIRE HARNESS
A cable is provided which includes plural electric wires, a tape member wound around an assembled article that is formed by bundling the electric wires, and a sheath covering the tape member. The tape member includes plural entangled fibers. Plural holes are formed on the tape member so as to penetrate the tape member. A wire harness is also provided which includes the cable and a connector attached to an end portion of one of the electric wires.
CABLE, BATTERY AND ELECTRICITY CONSUMING DEVICE
A cable for a battery includes a conductive member that extends in a longitudinal direction of the cable, an expansion member spaced with the conductive member, and an insulation member covering the periphery of the conductive member and the expansion member. The insulation member has a through hole. The expansion member is configured to expand and overflow to the outer surface of the insulation member through the through hole when the temperature reaches a threshold.

Electrical line and method for manufacturing an electrical line
An electrical line has a core and an insulating sheath that is extruded onto the core. A structured surface having a plurality of structural elements stamped into it is formed over the entire surface of the insulating sheath. The stamped structure is a microstructure, wherein the individual structural elements have a stamping depth of at most 0.15 mm.
Harness bending regulation member and harness routing structure using the same
Provided is a harness bending regulation member to be attached to a flexible harness protective tube, including: a high rigid unbendable portion into which an electric wire is inserted; and a bendable portion projecting in an axial direction of the unbendable portion from a tip end of one side of the unbendable portion, the bendable portion regulating a bending of the harness protective tube in a curved shape. The harness protective tube is routed from an oscillating member on a side close to a fixing structure to another oscillating member closer to a slide structure, the harness bending regulation member is placed inside of a harness holding tube on the side of the fixing structure, and the bendable portion is placed toward the slide structure along an inner surface of the harness protective tube.
